Claims (10)
- 회전중심과 교차하는 방향의 단면(端面)을 포함하는 피회전체를 회전 자재(自在)하게 지지하는 유체 스러스트 베어링을 갖는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치로서,
상기 유체 스러스트 베어링은, 상기 피회전체의 상기 단면 중, 상기 피회전체의 상기 회전중심과 상기 피회전체의 외주단(外周端)과의 중간부로부터 상기 외주단까지의 위치에서만 상기 피회전체를 지지하는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피회전체를 회전 자재하게 지지하는 유체 레이디얼 베어링을 더 갖는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 피회전체는 상기 단면의 중앙부에 지지구멍이 마련되어 있고, 상기 유체 레이디얼 베어링은 상기 지지구멍의 내면을 회전 자재하게 받아들이는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유체 레이디얼 베어링은 맨드릴(mandrel)을 포함하고, 상기 유체 스러스트 베어링은 상기 맨드릴을 둘러싸는 벽부를 갖는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 맨드릴은 상기 지지구멍에 끼움결합되는 끼움삽입부를 포함하고,
상기 끼움삽입부의 외주면에는 유체의 분출구멍이 마련되며, 상기 끼움삽입부의 축심부에는 상기 유체의 배출로가 마련되어 있는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 피회전체는 상기 단면의 중앙부에 보스(boss)부가 마련되어 있고, 상기 유체 레이디얼 베어링은 상기 보스부의 외주면을 회전 자재하게 받아들이는 오목부를 갖는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 오목부의 내주면에는 유체의 분출구멍이 마련되어 있는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 회전중심과 교차하는 방향으로 단면을 가지고, 상기 단면의 중앙부에 지지구멍을 가진 피회전체가 상기 지지구멍과의 끼움결합에 의해 연직방향에서 삽입되는 종형의 맨드릴;
상기 맨드릴의 외주면에 마련되고, 상기 맨드릴의 외주면에서 분출되는 유체에 의해 상기 피회전체의 지지구멍의 내면을 회전 자재하게 받아들이는 유체 레이디얼 베어링; 및
상기 맨드릴의 주위에 배치되며, 상기 피회전체의 상기 단면 중, 상기 피회전체의 상기 회전중심과 상기 피회전체의 외주단과의 중간부로부터 상기 외주단까지의 영역에만 유체를 분출시켜 상기 피회전체를 부상시키는 유체 스러스트 베어링;을 갖는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치.
- 회전중심과 교차하는 방향으로 단면을 가지고, 상기 단면의 중앙부에 보스부를 가진 피회전체의 상기 보스부와 끼움삽입 가능한 오목부를 가지며, 상기 피회전체가 상기 보스부와 상기 오목부의 끼움결합에 의해 연직방향에서 삽입되는 종형의 맨드릴;
상기 오목부의 내주면에 마련되고, 상기 오목부의 내주면에서 분출되는 유체에 의해 상기 보스부의 외주면을 회전 자재하게 받아들이는 유체 레이디얼 베어링; 및
상기 맨드릴의 주위에 배치되며, 상기 피회전체의 상기 단면 중, 상기 피회전체의 상기 회전중심과 상기 피회전체의 외주단과의 중간부로부터 상기 외주단까지의 영역에만 유체를 분출시켜 상기 피회전체를 부상시키는 유체 스러스트 베어링;을 갖는 밸런스 수정용 지지장치. - 삭제
