Claims (7)
- 타이어 내측면에 부착된 흡음재를 포함하고,
상기 흡음재는,
폴리우레탄(PU)을 포함하는 제 1 흡음재층; 및
폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)을 포함하는 제 2 흡음재층;을 포함하며,
상기 흡음재는 상기 제 1 흡음재층이 상기 타이어 내측면에 부착되고, 상기 제 2 흡음재층은 타이어 내부(Cavity)를 향하도록 배치되며,
상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)은 연신 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(e-PTFE) 박막인 것인 소음 저감 타이어. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄(PU)은 밀도가 0.01 내지 500 g/cm3인 것인 소음 저감 타이어. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 흡음재층과 제 2 흡음재층은 가열 또는 초음파 용접으로 접합되는 것인 소음 저감 타이어. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 접합은 200 내지 250 ℃의 온도에서 이루어지는 것인 소음 저감 타이어. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 흡음재층과 제 2 흡음재층은 접착제로 접합되는 것인 소음 저감 타이어. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 접착제는 폴리우레탄계 접착제인 것인 소음 저감 타이어.
