Abstract

A heater control device of an oven controlled crystal oscillator according to the present invention includes: a reference voltage unit for generating a reference voltage; a temperature varying unit for setting an input voltage based on a set temperature and varying the input voltage according to a temperature variation; a comparing unit for comparing the reference voltage with the input voltage to amplify a difference value and output an output voltage; a heater unit which generates heat through an output current according to the output voltage; and a feedback unit which senses a voltage through the output current and generates a feedback signal with the input voltage via an integrator. Accordingly, the present invention can output a stable frequency.
