- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가교 실록산계 올리고머는 다공성 폴리에틸렌 필름의 표층을 구성하는 피브릴의 전부 또는 일부에 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 필름을 구성하는 수지가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(high density polyethylene, HDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(linear low density polyethylene, LLDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(low density polyethylene, LDPE), 에틸렌-옥텐 공중합체(ethylene-octene copolymer), 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Ultra low density polyethylene), 중밀도 폴리에틸렌(medium density polyethylene), 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체(ethylene-propylene copolymer), 에틸렌-부텐 공중합체(ethylene-butene copolymer), 하나 이상의 할로겐으로 치환된 상기 화합물 및 이들의 조합에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하기 화학식 1의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머와 하기 화학식 2의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머 각각이 독립적으로 폴리(디메틸실록산), 폴리(트리메틸실록산) 및 폴리(디페닐실록산)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 실록산계 올리고머가 500 내지 2,000 g/mol 범위의 분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가교 실록산계 올리고머는 상기 화학식 1의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머와 상기 화학식 2의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머가 1:5 내지 1:30 범위의 중량비로 포함되어 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가교 실록산계 올리고머가 다공성 폴리에틸렌 필름의 피브릴에 0 이상 1 ㎛ 미만의 두께로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- (S1) 폴리에틸렌 수지와 희석제를 혼합하고 압출, 냉각시키는 단계,
(S2) 압출물을 연신하는 단계,
(S3) 희석제를 제거하여서, 복수의 기공을 갖는 다공성 폴리에틸렌 필름을 수득하는 단계,
(S4) 하기 화학식 1의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머와 하기 화학식 2의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머를 분산매에 분산시키는 단계,
(S5) 상기 화학식 1의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머와 상기 화학식 2의 작용기를 갖는 실록산계 올리고머가 가교 반응된 가교 실록산계 올리고머를 포함하는 분산액을 수득하는 단계,
(S6) 상기 분산액을 상기 다공성 폴리에틸렌 필름에 코팅하는 단계, 및
(S7) 상기 필름을 열고정시키는 단계
를 포함하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법:

- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 내지 (S3) 단계에 앞서, (S4) 내지 (S6) 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 분산매가 클로로포름, 사염화탄소, 벤젠, o-디클로로벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 펜탄, 메시틸렌(mesitylene), 시클로헥산, 헥산, 헵탄 디에틸에테르, 테트라클로로에틸렌 아세토니트릴, 디메틸설폭사이드, 디메틸포름아마이드 및 트리클로로에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 분산매 중 가교 실록산계 올리고머의 농도가 2 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 양극, 음극, 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터, 및 전해질을 포함하는 전기화학소자에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터가 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세퍼레이터인 전기화학소자.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학소자가 리튬이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
