Claims (14)
- 생분해성 고분자를 알칼리성 수용액에 용해시킨 고분자 용액에 가교제를 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 점탄성 및 체내지속성이 증진된 하이드로젤의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 생분해성 고분자는 히드록시기(OH), 카르복실기(COOH) 또는 둘 모두를 포함하는 것으로, 분자 내 분해반응에 대한 활성화 에너지는 상기 가교제에 의한 상기 생분해성 고분자의 분자간 가교반응에 대한 활성화 에너지보다 더 높고, 상기 반응의 온도는 상기 알칼리성 수용액의 녹는점 이상 20℃ 미만인 것을 특징으로 가지는, 하이드로겔의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,

하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 고분자는 히알루론산인 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반응의 온도는 3℃ 이상 20℃ 미만인 것인, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단계는 5일 내지 30일 동안 수행하는 것인, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리성 수용액은 NaOH 수용액인 것인, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계에 의해 얻어진 하이드로젤을 세척하고 입자화하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 에폭사이드를 포함하는 화학적 가교제인 것인, 히알루론산 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에폭사이드를 포함하는 화학적 가교제는 1,4-부탄디올-디글리시딜 에테르 (BDDE), 에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르 (EGDE), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르 (PEGDE), 글리세롤 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 디글리세롤 폴리글리시딜 에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것인, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 에폭사이드를 포함하는 화학적 가교제는 1,4-부탄디올-디글리시딜 에테르(BDDE)인 것인, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 고분자 1g 당 상기 가교제는 10 내지 500μL인 것인, 하이드로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 하이드로젤을 포함하며, 상온 인산완충식염수(PBS)에서 팽윤이 평형에 도달한 것인, 주입형 연조직 필러용 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 조성물의 G'값은 2000 내지 4000Pa인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입형연조직 필러용 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 체내 주입 후 10주 경과 후에도 초기 주입 부피에 대해 90% 이상이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입형 연조직 필러용 조성물.
