Claims (15)
- 모바일 엑스선 장치에 있어서,
엑스선을 조사하는 엑스선 조사부;
상기 엑스선 조사부를 제어하는 제어부;
전원부; 및
리튬 이온 배터리를 충전하는 충전부를 포함하며,
상기 전원부는
리튬 이온 배터리;
상기 엑스선 조사부 및 상기 제어부에 동작 전원을 공급하기 위해 상기 리튬 이온 배터리에 연결되는 방전 FET(Field Effective Transistor);
상기 리튬 이온 배터리와 상기 방전 FET에 직렬로 연결되며, 엑스선 조사 시 발생하는 과전류를 감지하는 제1 전류 센서; 및
상기 제1 전류 센서를 통하여 상기 리튬 이온 배터리에서의 과전류 발생을 감지하고, 과전류를 제어하는 BMS(Battery Management System)를 포함하며,
상기 BMS는 엑스선 조사 준비 신호의 수신에 대응하여, 상기 제1 전류 센서를 통하여 상기 리튬 이온 배터리에서의 과전류 발생을 감지하는, 모바일 엑스선 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 충전부는,
송신 모듈 및 수신 모듈을 포함하는 무선 충전 시스템인, 모바일 엑스선 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충전부는,
외부 디바이스로부터 무선으로 전력을 수신하여, 수신된 전력에 기초하여 상기 리튬 이온 배터리를 충전하는, 모바일 엑스선 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 충전부는,
상기 감지된 충전 전류가 소정의 기준치보다 작은 저전류 상태가 일정 시간 유지되는 경우, 상기 리튬 이온 배터리에 대한 충전을 중단하는, 모바일 엑스선 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 충전부는,
상기 리튬 이온 배터리의 전압이 소정의 기준치보다 작아지는 경우, 상기 리튬 이온 배터리에 대한 충전을 재개하는, 모바일 엑스선 장치.
