Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어 장치는, 엔진을 시동하거나 엔진의 출력에 의해 발전하는 MHSG(mild hybrid starter & generator); 제1 파워 케이블을 통해 상기 MHSG에 연결되며, 상기 MHSG에 전력을 공급하거나, 상기 MHSG를 통해 생성되는 전력을 통해 충전되는 제1 배터리; 상기 제1 배터리로부터 공급되는 전압을 저전압으로 변환하는 LDC(low voltage DC-DC converter); 상기 저전압을 사용하는 전장 부하에 저전압을 공급하는 제2 배터리; 제1 접점 및 제2 접점을 포함하는 이그니션 스위치; 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동 제어를 위한 데이터를 검출하는 데이터 검출부; 및 상기 데이터를 기초로 제2 배터리의 충전 조건이 만족되는지 판단하고, 상기 제2 배터리의 충전 조건이 만족되면 상기 제1 배터리의 전력을 통해 상기 제2 배터리를 충전하는 제어기;를 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 이그니션 스위치의 OFF 접점이 선택되는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 이그니션 스위치의 OFF 접점이 선택되면 엔진 정지 조건이 만족되는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 엔진 정지 조건이 만족되면, 엔진의 속도를 기초로 MHSG(mild starter & generator)의 회전을 완료하는 목표 시점을 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 엔진 정지 조건이 만족된 시점으로부터 상기 목표 시점까지 상기 MHSG의 속도를 제어하여 상기 엔진의 속도를 감소시키는 단계;
를 포함하되,
상기 목표 시점은 상기 엔진 정지 조건이 만족된 시점에서의 엔진의 속도를 기초로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량용 엔진의 디젤링 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 정지 조건은 엔진의 속도가 제1 기준 속도 이하이고, 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 속도가 제2 기준 속도 이하인 경우 만족되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량용 엔진의 디젤링 방지 방법.
- 삭제
- 엔진을 시동하거나 엔진의 출력에 의해 발전하는 MHSG(mild starter & generator);
복수개의 접점을 포함하는 이그니션 스위치;
엔진의 디젤링을 방지하기 위한 데이터를 검출하는 데이터 검출부; 및
상기 이그니션 스위치의 OFF 접점이 선택되면 상기 데이터를 기초로 엔진 정지 조건이 만족되는지 판단하는 제어기;
를 포함하되,
상기 제어기는 상기 엔진 정지 조건이 만족되면 상기 엔진 정지 조건이 만족된 시점에서의 엔진의 속도를 기초로 상기 MHSG의 회전을 완료하는 목표 시점을 결정하고, 상기 엔진 정지 조건이 만족된 시점으로부터 상기 목표 시점까지 상기 MHSG의 속도를 제어하여 상기 엔진의 속도를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량용 엔진의 디젤링 방지 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 정지 조건은 엔진의 속도가 제1 기준 속도 이하이고, 마일드 하이브리드 차량의 속도가 제2 기준 속도 이하인 경우 만족되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량용 엔진의 디젤링 방지 장치.

상기 데이터 검출부는,
엔진의 속도를 검출하는 엔진 속도 센서; 및
마일드 하이브리드 차량의 속도를 검출하는 차속 센서;
를 포함하는 마일드 하이브리드 차량용 엔진의 디젤링 방지 장치.
