Claims (10)
- 서로 정합되는 플러그(100) 및 소켓(200)을 포함하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓에 있어서,
상기 플러그(100)의 하표면에는 플러그 와이어(110)와 연결되는 플러그 접촉편(1)이 배치되고, 상기 소켓(200)의 상표면에는 소켓 와이어(205)와 연결되는 소켓 접촉편(2)이 배치되며, 플러그(100)와 소켓(200)이 정합될 때, 상기 플러그 접촉편(1)은 수직 방향 또는 경사 방향에서 소켓 접촉편(2) 상에 밀착하여 면접촉을 형성하여 통전하며,
상기 플러그(100) 또는 소켓(200) 상에는 로케이팅 고정 기구 및 과류 보호 기구 또는 전원 안전 스위치가 구비되며; 로케이팅 고정 기구는 플러그(100) 및 소켓(200)가 이탈없이 상대적으로 회전하여, 플러그 접촉편(1)과 소켓 접촉편(2)이 면접촉을 유지하게 하며; 플러그 및 소켓 내의 전류가 과대할 때, 과류 보호 기구는 자동으로 통전을 단절하며; 전원 안전 스위치는 플러그(100)가 소켓(200)에 삽입될 때, 소켓(200)이 통전 상태에 처하게 하며, 플러그(100)가 소켓(200)에 삽입되지 아니하거나 또는 위치에 삽입되지 아니할 때, 소켓(200)이 단전 상태에 처하게 하며,
상기 소켓(200) 내에는 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 및 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)가 구비되며, 상기 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)는 소켓 접촉편(2) 또는 소켓 와이어(205) 상에 연결되고, 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)는 상응하게 소켓 와이어(205) 또는 소켓 접촉편(2) 상에 연결되며; 상기 전원 안전 스위치는 푸쉬 이동 키의 작용 하에 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)가 이동하게 하고, 또한 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 연결하여 통전되게 하거나 또는 분리하여 단전되게 하며; 상기 과류 보호 기구는 플러그 및 소켓 내의 전류가 과대할 때, 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)를 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 분리하여 단전되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 소켓(200) 상에는 소켓 요홈(203)이 구비되며, 상기 플러그(100)의 하부 및 소켓 요홈(203)의 캐비티는 각각 상호 정합되는 상부는 크고 하부는 작은 보스 및 요홈이며, 상기 플러그 접촉편(1)은 플러그(100)의 보스면 또는 보스의 경사 측벽 상에 배치되며, 상기 소켓 접촉편(2)은 소켓 요홈(203)의 내측 원뿔대 면 또는 내측 경사 측벽 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 플러그(100)의 하부 및 소켓 요홈(203)의 캐비티는 도치된 원뿔형, 도치된 원뿔대형, 도치된 계단 원뿔대형 또는 도치된 계단 원뿔대형을 나타내며, 상기 플러그 접촉편(1)은 플러그(100)의 하측 원뿔대 면에 균등하게 배치되거나, 또는 동심 원형 링을 나타내는 방식으로 플러그(100)의 하측 원뿔대 면 또는 원뿔면 상에 배치되며, 상기 소켓 접촉편(2)은 소켓(200)의 하측 원뿔대 면에 균등하게 배치되거나, 또는 동심 원형 링을 나타내는 방식으로 소켓(200)의 내측 원뿔대 면 또는 내측 원뿔면 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 푸쉬 이동 키는 탄성판(218)으로 구비되며, 상기 탄성판(218)은 탄성판 스프링(219)를 통해 소켓(200) 상에 연결되며, 상기 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)는 탄성판(218)의 단부 또는 탄성판(218)의 이동 방향 상에 구비되며, 상기 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)는 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)의 이동 방향 상에 구비되며, 상기 탄성판(218)은 제어 키의 작용 하에 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)가 이동하도록 구동하여 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)가 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 연결되어 통전되게 하거나 또는 분리되어 단전되게 하며; 또는 상기 푸쉬 이동 키는 상기 플러그(100) 상에 구비되는 클립 키 및 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상에 구비되는 버클링 키이며, 클립 키가 버클링 키를 출입하는 과정에서, 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)의 단부는 이동하게 되어, 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 연결되어 통전되게 하거나 또는 분리되어 단전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제어 키는 탄성판(218) 상에 연결되고 또한 소켓(200) 측벽을 관통하는 푸쉬 푸쉬 스위치로 구비되며; 또는 상기 제어 키는 플러그(100) 내에 구비되는 자석(116)이며, 상기 자석(116)은 소켓 요홈(203) 하방의 탄성판(218)을 흡인하며; 또는 상기 제어 키는 플러그(100) 저부에 구비되는 플러그 노즈(113)이며, 상기 플러그 노즈(113)의 단부는 소켓 요홈(203) 내저부의 소켓 통공(204)을 관통하여, 소켓 통공(204) 하방의 탄성판(218) 상에 받쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 과류 보호 기구는 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 또는 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)이고 바이메탈 금속편(300)을 채용하여 만들며, 바이메탈 금속편(300)은 열팽창 계수가 다른 제1 금속편(301) 및 제2 금속편(302)을 포함하며, 바이메탈 금속편(300)이 열을 받아 변형될 때, 1개 금속편의 팽창량이 다른 1개 금속편의 팽창량 보다 커서, 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)를 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 분리하여 단전하게 하며; 또는 상기 과류 보호 기구는 플러그(100) 또는 소켓(200) 내에 구비되는 자석(116)이며, 플러그 및 소켓 내 전류가 과대하여, 자석(116)에 전달된 발열의 온도가 퀴리점에 도달할 때, 자석(116)은 자력을 잃어, 소켓 요홈(203) 하방의 탄성판(218)이 탄성 스프링(219)의 작용 하에 원위치로 복귀하여, 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)가 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 분리되어 단전되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 로케이팅 고정 기구는 플러그(100) 또는 소켓(200) 내에 구비되는 자석(116)으로 구성되어, 플러그(100)와 소켓(200)이 서로 흡인하여 이탈없이 상대적으로 회전하게 하며; 또는 상기 로케이팅 고정 기구는 플러그(100) 또는 소켓(200) 상에 구비되는 클립 키, 및 상응하게 소켓(200) 또는 플러그(100) 상에 구비되는 버클링 키로 구성되며, 클립 키와 버클링 키는 상호 정합되어, 플러그(100)와 소켓(200)이 이탈없이 상대적으로 회전하게 하며; 또는 상기 로케이팅 고정 기구는 플러그(100)를 소켓(200) 내에 끼우거나 또는 플러그(100)를 소켓(200) 외부에 끼우도록 구성하여 상대적으로 회전하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 클립 키는 플러그(100) 상에 구비되는 신축 이동 가능한 클립 축(104)이며, 버클링 키는 소켓 요홈(203) 내저부 소켓 통공(204) 하방에 구비되는 클램핑 기구이며, 상기 클램핑 기구는 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상에 구비되는 축 헤드 클램프 블록(211)으로 구성되며, 2개의 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상의 축 헤드 클램프 블록(211)은 클립 축(104)의 단부를 상호 정합하여 클램핑하며, 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)는 탄성 금속편으로 구비되거나 또는 복귀 스프링이 구비되고, 또한 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상에는 릴리스 클램핑 블록(217)이 구비되며, 릴리스 클램핑 블록(217) 상방에는 소켓(200)을 관통하고 또한 신축 이동 가능한 릴리스 핀 축(212)이 구비되며, 상기 릴리스 핀 축(212)의 단부가 2개의 릴리스 클램핑 블록(217) 사이에 삽입될 때, 2개의 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)의 단부는 이동하게 되어, 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 분리되어 단전되게 하며, 2개 축 헤드 클램프 블록(211)은 클립 축(104)의 단부에 대한 클램핑을 릴리스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 클립 키는 플러그(100) 상에 구비되는 신축 이동 가능한 클립 축(104)이며, 버클링 키는 소켓 요홈(203) 내저부 소켓 통공(204) 하방에 구비되는 클램핑 기구이며, 상기 클램핑 기구는 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상에 구비되는 축 헤드 클램프 블록(211)으로 구성되며, 2개의 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상의 축 헤드 클램프 블록(211)은 클립 축(104)의 단부를 상호 정합하여 클램핑하며, 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)는 탄성 금속편으로 구비되거나 또는 복귀 스프링이 구비되고, 또한 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209) 상에는 릴리스 클램핑 블록(217)이 구비되며, 릴리스 클램핑 블록(217) 상방에는 소켓(200)을 관통하고 또한 신축 이동 가능한 릴리스 핀 축(212)이 구비되며, 상기 릴리스 핀 축(212)의 단부가 2개의 릴리스 클램핑 블록(217) 사이에 삽입될 때, 2개의 전원 스위치 무빙 접촉 헤드(209)의 단부는 이동하게 되어, 전원 스위치 고정 접촉 헤드(210)와 분리되어 단전되게 하며, 2개 축 헤드 클램프 블록(211)은 클립 축(104)의 단부에 대한 클램핑을 릴리스하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면접촉이 채용된 플러그 및 소켓. - 삭제
