Claims (5)
- 솔레노이드식 유체 제어밸브에 있어서,
코일 보빈 상에 위치되는 솔레노이드 코일;
솔레노이드 코일, 영구자석, 플럭스 와셔에 인가되는 전기전류에 응답하여 이동 가능한 전기자;
방사방향에서는 코일 보빈과 전기자 사이에 배치되며 축방향에서는 영구자석과 플럭스 와셔 사이에 배치되는 관형 슬리브; 및
코일 보빈과 영구자석 사이에 배치되는 판 스프링을 포함하며,
상기 관형 슬리브는 영구자석 및 플럭스 와셔와 축방향으로 인접하여 밸브 부품이 유지보수에 노출되는 온도에서 밸브 응답 안정성을 유지시키고,
코일 보빈안에서 전기자가 자유로운 축방향인 길이방향 움직임을 위해 유지되도록, 판 스프링의 내표면은 강철제의 환형 리테이너 부재(19)와 전기자(22)의 외단부 사이에 장착되고 상기 판 스프링의 외주변은 코일 보빈의 단부 표면 및 영구 자석 사이에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드식 유체 제어밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
관형 슬리브는 영구자석으로부터 플럭스 와셔까지 축방향 적층 경로를 완성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드식 유체 제어밸브. - 제2항에 있어서,
코일 보빈의 단부와 축방향으로 인접한 플럭스 와셔 사이에 간극을 포함하며, 상기 간극은 보빈의 열 드리프트를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드식 유체 제어밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
관형 슬리브는 금속 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드식 유체 제어밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
판 스프링은 보빈 내에서의 축방향 이동을 위해 전기자를 현수하도록 배치되는 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드식 유체 제어밸브.
