Abstract
본 발명에 의한 자전거 변속허브는 회전력이 입력되고 외주면에 복수의 제1폴(pawl)이 구비되는 허브축; 상기 제1폴의 출몰을 제어하는 변속제어수단; 중심에 상기 허브축이 관통하고, 내주면에 래칫이 형성되어 상기 제1폴에 의해 회전력이 전달되며, 서로 다른 칫수(齒數)를 갖는 복수의 구동기어; 상기 구동기어들과 각각 치합하며, 서로 다른 칫수를 갖고, 상호 결합되어 회전하는 복수의 피동기어; 상기 구동기어들 중 이웃하는 구동기어와 결합되어 회전되며, 외주면에 제2폴이 구비되는 출력휠; 및 바퀴살이 연결되고, 내주면에 래칫이 형성되어 상기 제2폴에 의해 회전력이 전달되는 허브쉘;을 포함한다.

Claims (4)
- 회전력이 입력되고 외주면에 복수의 제1폴(pawl)이 구비되는 허브축;
상기 제1폴의 출몰을 제어하는 변속제어수단;
중심에 상기 허브축이 관통하고, 내주면에 래칫이 형성되어 상기 제1폴에 의해 회전력이 전달되며, 서로 다른 칫수(齒數)를 갖는 복수의 구동기어;
상기 구동기어들과 각각 치합하며, 서로 다른 칫수를 갖고, 상호 결합되어 회전하는 복수의 피동기어;
상기 구동기어들 중 이웃하는 구동기어와 결합되어 회전되며, 외주면에 제2폴이 구비되는 출력휠; 및
바퀴살이 연결되고, 내주면에 래칫이 형성되어 상기 제2폴에 의해 회전력이 전달되는 허브쉘;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 변속허브.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변속제어수단은,
변속을 위한 와이어;
상기 와이어에 의해 회전하며 외주면에 가이드홀이 원주방향에 대하여 사선으로 형성되는 외측링;
상기 외측링의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 가이드홀에 구속되는 가이드핀이 돌출형성되어 상기 외측링의 회전에 의해 전후진하는 내측링; 및
상기 내측링의 전후진에 의해 상기 제1폴을 출몰시키는 레버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 변속허브.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 레버는,
상기 내측링의 전후진으로 가압되어 하강하는 입력부;
상기 입력부와 결합되어 상기 입력부의 하강에 의해 회전하는 회전로드; 및
상기 회전로드의 회전에 의해 돌출되어 상기 제1폴을 상승시키는 출력부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 변속허브.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 허브축의 외주면에는 상기 레버가 안착되는 안착홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자전거 변속허브.
