도 2는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 있어, 절연층에 사용될 수 있는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET)의 구조를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 초극세 케이블의 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 예에 있어, 탄소나노튜브 (CNT)의 개략도 (위) 및 주사전자현미경 (SEM) 이미지이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 있어, 탄소나노튜브 (CNT)의 투과도를 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (20)
- 적어도 하나 이상의 제 1 전도체 선을 포함하는 코어;
상기 코어의 외표면을 피복하는 절연층;
상기 절연층의 외표면을 피복하는 제 2 전도체 층; 및
상기 제2전도체 층의 외표면을 피복하는 쉴드층을 포함하며,
상기 제 2 전도체 층은 히드록시기, 카르복시기, 할로겐기, 아미노기, 아민기, 아마이드기, 티올기, 니트로기, 케톤기, 설폰산기, 인산기, 황산, 질산, 인산, 초산, 소듐 도데실 설페이트 (SDS), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 (PEG), 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 (DGEBA), 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아닐린, 폴리아크릴산 및 폴리(4-스티렌설포네이트)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상에 의해 표면개질된 탄소나노튜브 또는 그래핀을 포함하고,
상기 절연층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (polyethyleneterephthalate; PET), 폴리에틸렌, 및 폴리프로필렌 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 초극세 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 제 1 전도체 선은 구리, 나트륨, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 철, 니켈, 코발트, 크롬, 망간, 인듐, 주석, 카드뮴, 팔라듐, 티타늄, 금, 백금, 은, 그래핀, 및 탄소나노튜브로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 초극세 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코어의 직경이 0.01 μm 내지 1000 μm인 것인, 초극세 케이블.

상기 절연층의 두께가 0.01 nm 내지 100 nm인 것인, 초극세 케이블.

상기 제 2 전도체 층의 두께가 2 nm 내지 20 μm인 것인, 초극세 케이블.

상기 초극세 케이블의 최외곽 표면을 피복하는 보호층 (jacket)을 더 포함하는, 초극세 케이블.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항 내지 제8항, 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 초극세 케이블의 제조방법으로서,
상기 방법은,
적어도 하나 이상의 제 1 전도체 선을 포함하는 코어를 고분자-함유 용액에 통과시켜 절연층에 의해 피복된 코어를 형성하는 것; 및
상기 절연층에 의해 피복된 코어를 제 2 전도체-함유 용액에 통과시켜, 상기 절연층의 외표면에 제 2 전도체 층을 형성하는 것을 포함하며,
상기 제 2 전도체는 히드록시기, 카르복시기, 할로겐기, 아미노기, 아민기, 아마이드기, 티올기, 니트로기, 케톤기, 설폰산기, 인산기, 황산, 질산, 인산, 초산, 소듐 도데실 설페이트 (SDS), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 (PEG), 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르 (DGEBA), 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아닐린, 폴리아크릴산 및 폴리(4-스티렌설포네이트)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상에 의해 표면개질된 탄소나노튜브 또는 그래핀을 포함하고,
상기 절연층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (polyethyleneterephthalate; PET), 폴리에틸렌, 및 폴리프로필렌 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 제 1 전도체 선은 구리, 나트륨, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 철, 니켈, 코발트, 크롬, 망간, 인듐, 주석, 카드뮴, 팔라듐, 티타늄, 금, 백금, 은, 그래핀, 및 탄소나노튜브로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자-함유 용액의 온도가 150℃ 내지 400℃인 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층에 의해 피복된 코어를, 제 2 전도체-함유 용액에 통과시키기 전에, 150℃ 미만의 온도까지 냉각시키는 것을 더 포함하는, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층의 두께가 0.01 nm 내지 100 nm인 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 전도체는 탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 전도체-함유 용액의 온도가 상온 내지 80℃인 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 전도체-함유 용액은 상기 제 2 전도체의 분산량이 0.02 mg/mL 내지 0.5 mg/mL인 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 전도체 층의 두께가 2 nm 내지 20 μm인 것인, 초극세 케이블의 제조 방법.
