Abstract
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 나노바이오센서인 환원된 그래핀 산화물과 금 나노입자 복합체를 대시간전류법으로 증착시킨 ITO 변형 혼합물 전극을 이용하고, 사람의 C-반응성 단백질에 대한 항체를 이에 고정시켜, C-반응성 단백질을 낮은 농도에서도 검출할 수 있었다. 이러한 검출 방법은 타겟인 C-반응성 단백질에 매우 특이적으로 검출할 수 있었으며, 용액 내 C-반응성 단백질의 로그 스케일 농도(1 ng mL-1부터 1000 ng mL-1까지)에 선형으로 비례하여 반응하였다. 검출 한계는 0.06 또는 0.08 ng mL-1 에 이르러, C-반응성 단백질에 대한 고감도 나노바이오센서를 얻는 효과를 확인하였다.

Claims (11)
- (1) 인듐 주석 산화물(ITO) 기판의 표면에, 2차원적인 환원 그래핀 산화물(reduced Graphene Oxide, rGO)과 금속나노입자를 증착시켜, 혼합물 임피던스 측정 전극 센서(rGO-NP/ITO)를 제조하는 단계;
(2) 상기 (1)단계에서 만들어진 혼합물 임피던스 측정 전극 센서(rGO-NP/ITO)에, 3-머캅토프로피오닉산(3-mercaptopropionic acid)을 처리하여 상기 2차원적인 환원 그래핀 산화물(reduced Graphene Oxide, rGO)에 결합시키는 단계;
(3) C-반응성 단백질에 대한 항체를 상기 (2)단계의 3-머캅토프로피오닉산(3-mercaptopropionic acid)과 아마이드 결합시켜 나노센서에 고정시켜 단백질 검출용 나노바이오센서를 만드는 단계; 및
(4) 상기 (3)단계에서 만들어진 단백질 검출용 나노바이오센서에 비특이적 항체-항원 반응을 막을 수 있는 BSA(Bovine Serum Albumin)를 처리하여, C-반응성 단백질 검출용 나노바이오센서를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 나노센서의 제조방법. - 삭제
