Abstract
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판은, 화소영역 및, 외곽영역으로 구분되는 어레이 기판에 있어서, 화소영역의 공통배선과 연결되어 외곽영역에 형성되는 복수의 제1 공통배선, 및 이와 수직하는 방향으로 형성되어 제1 공통배선과 연결되는 제2 공통배선, 그리고 제2 공통배선과 평행하는 방향으로 화소영역 및 제2 공통배선사이에 형성되어 복수의 데이터배선의 연장선과 연결되되, 제1 공통배선과 중첩되는 영역의 폭이 적어도 전체폭 보다 좁도록 형성되는 보조 데이터배선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (10)
- 복수의 게이트 배선 및 데이터배선이 형성되는 화소영역 및, 상기 화소영역의 외측을 둘러싸는 외곽영역으로 구분되는 어레이 기판에 있어서,
상기 화소영역의 공통배선과 연결되어 상기 외곽영역에 형성되는 복수의 제1 공통배선;
상기 복수의 제1 공통배선과 수직하는 방향으로 형성되어 상기 제1 공통배선과 연결되는 제2 공통배선;
상기 제2 공통배선과 평행하는 방향으로 상기 화소영역 및 제2 공통배선사이에 형성되어 상기 복수의 데이터배선의 연장선과 연결되되, 상기 제1 공통배선과 중첩되는 영역의 폭이 적어도 전체폭 보다 좁도록 형성되는 보조 데이터배선
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 공통배선은,
상기 게이트 배선과 동일층의 동일물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 연장선 및 보조 데이터 배선은,
상기 게이트 배선의 상부의 절연막층을 사이에 두고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외곽영역상에 제1 공통배선과 평행한 방향으로 형성되며, 상기 제2 공통배선과 연결되는 제3 공통배선을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판. - 삭제
