Claims (9)
- 제 1 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 분쇄되지 않은 상태의 폐지 1 내지 90 중량부 및 탄산칼슘 1 내지 20 중량부를 포함한 조성물을 160 내지 190 ℃의 온도 하에서 10 내지 60 rpm의 속도로 분쇄하며 용융시키는 용융 분쇄 공정;
상기 용융 분쇄된 조성물을 압출하여 폐지를 함유한 수지 펠릿을 얻는 공정; 및
상기 폐지를 함유한 수지 펠릿 1 내지 25 중량%, 제 2 폴리올레핀 수지 펠릿 70 내지 95 중량% 및 탄산칼슘 1 내지 10 중량%를 혼합하여 펠릿 혼합물을 얻는 공정
를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용융 분쇄 공정의 조성물에는 상기 제 1 폴리올레핀 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20 중량부의 항균제가 더 포함되고,
상기 항균제는 1 내지 50㎚의 최대 직경을 갖는 은 나노입자 0.1 내지 5 중량% 및 잔량의 다공성 담지체를 포함하는, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 폴리올레핀 수지는 각각 독립적으로 150 내지 170 ℃의 용융 온도 및 110 내지 130 ℃의 결정화 온도를 갖는, 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
