Claims (20)
- (1A) (i) 무기 지지체, 및 (ii) 촉매 전구체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 10.0 중량%의, 원소주기율표 6 내지 10족 금속 중에서 선택된 제1 금속을 포함하는 촉매 전구체를 제공하는 단계;
(1B) 상기 촉매 전구체를 450 내지 550℃ 범위의 온도에서 적어도 480 분 동안 H2-함유 분위기에서 처리함으로써 활성화된 탈수소화 촉매를 수득하는 단계; 및
(1C) 탈수소화 반응기에서 탈수소화 조건하에, 사이클로헥산을 포함하는 제1 조성물을 활성화된 탈수소화 촉매와 접촉시켜 사이클로헥산의 적어도 일부를 벤젠으로 전환하고 탈수소화 반응 생성물을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는 탈수소화 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
단계 (1C)에서의 제1 조성물이
(1Ba) 하이드로알킬화 조건하에 하이드로알킬화 촉매와 벤젠 및 수소를 접촉시켜, 사이클로헥실벤젠, 사이클로헥산, 메틸사이클로펜탄 및 벤젠을 포함하는 하이드로알킬화 반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
(1Bb) 상기 하이드로알킬화 반응 혼합물로부터, (i) 벤젠 및 사이클로헥산 중 하나 이상이 사이클로헥실벤젠보다 더 높은 농도를 가진 제1 조성물, 및 (ii) 벤젠 및 사이클로헥산보다 사이클로헥실벤젠이 더 높은 농도를 가진 제2 조성물을 수득하는 단계
