Abstract
토양에 대해서 pH 11 이상의 강알칼리 영역이 되지 않는 상태에서 사용되는, 비정질 알루미늄 화합물 또는 그의 유도체를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재, 혹은, 중금속 등을 포함한 토양에 대해서, pH 11 이상의 강알칼리 영역이 되지 않는 상태에서 사용되는 석고 100 질량부에 대해서, 비정질 알루미늄 화합물 또는 그의 유도체가 0.5 ~ 60 질량부의 범위에서 첨가 혼합되어 이루어지는 석고를 함유한 고화재로서도 기능하는 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재, 및 이것들을 이용한 토양의 개량방법.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재를, pH 11 이상의 강알칼리 영역이 되지 않는 상태에서 토양과 혼합하였을 때의, 토양만, 양생 1주간, 양생 1개월에 있어서의 각 채취 샘플의 각 X선 회절(CuKα선)의 측정 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재와, 비교예의 시멘트계 고화재를 각각 이용한 각 처리물에 대한, 중성 조건 및 산성 조건에서의 용출 시험 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (16)
- 비정질 알루미늄 화합물 또는 그의 유도체를 포함하는 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재로서,
상기 불용화재는 처리 전후에 특정 유해 물질을 포함하는 토양에 대한 pH가 일관성 있게 11 이상의 강알칼리성 영역에 도달하지 않는 상태에서 사용되고,
상기 불용화재는, 소석고(燒石膏)를 포함하되,
상기 소석고 100 질량부에 대해서, 상기 비정질 알루미늄 화합물 또는 그의 유도체가 0.5 ~ 60 질량부의 범위에서 첨가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소석고를 함유한 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 알루미늄 화합물이, 비정질 수산화 알루미늄인 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 알루미늄 화합물 또는 그의 유도체가, 알루미늄 슬러지 유래의 것을 그대로, 혹은, 그 성상(性狀)을 변경시키지 않고 탈수·건조시킨 것인 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 특정 유해 물질이, 카드뮴 및 그의 화합물, 6가 크롬 화합물, 시안 화합물, 수은 및 그의 화합물(알킬 수은을 포함함), 셀렌 및 그의 화합물, 납 및 그의 화합물, 비소 및 그의 화합물, 불소 및 그의 화합물, 및, 붕소 및 그의 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소석고 100 질량부에 대해서, 비정질 알루미늄 화합물 또는 그의 유도체가 15 ~ 50 질량부의 범위에서 첨가 혼합되어 이루어지는 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재. - 특정 유해 물질을 포함하는 토양에 대해서, 제 1 항에 기재된 고화재로서도 기능하는 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재를 첨가 혼합하여, 처리 전후에 토양에 대한 pH가 일관성 있게 11 이상의 강알칼리 영역에 도달하지 않는 상태에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토양의 개량방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
특정 유해 물질을 포함하는 토양 1 m3 당, 상기 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재를 30 ~ 200 kg의 범위 내에서 첨가 혼합하는 토양의 개량방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 수산화 알루미늄이, 알루미늄 슬러지 유래의 것을 그대로, 혹은, 그 성상을 변경시키지 않고 탈수·건조시킨 것인 특정 유해 물질의 불용화재. - 삭제
