Description
도 2a, 2b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 제동장치의 동작 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 제동장치가 EWB 타입에 적용된 구조를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 제동장치가 적용된 캘리퍼 구조를 도시한 도면이다.
도 5a, 5b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 제동장치를 통한 페달필 개선구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 도 5a, 5b의 구조를 통한 페달필 개선상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 제동장치의 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.

Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 브레이크 페달의 가압상태를 판단하는 단계;
상기 브레이크 페달의 가압상태를 판단하여 상기 브레이크 페달이 가압되면 유압 제동수단의 솔레노이드 밸브를 오프시킨 상태에서 모터를 구동시켜 설정위치로 웨지를 선 이동시키는 단계;
상기 브레이크 페달의 가압상태에 따른 상기 유압 제동수단에 의한 휠의 압력이 설정 압력값 이상인가 판단하는 단계;
상기 휠의 압력이 상기 설정 압력값 이상인 경우 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 온시킨 후 상기 브레이크 페달의 가압상태에 따라 상기 모터를 작동시켜 제동력을 발생시키는 단계;
상기 모터를 작동시켜 제동력을 발생시킨 후 상기 휠의 압력이 상기 설정 압력값 미만인 경우 페달의 가압상태를 판단하는 단계로 리턴되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동장치의 제어방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드밸브는 노말 오픈상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동장치의 제어방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 설정위치는 에어갭보다 작은 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동장치의 제어방법.
