Description

A Camp Stove using Heat Pipe < RTI ID = 0.0 >

The present invention relates to a coppel, and more particularly, to a coppel using a heat pipe capable of quickly and uniformly heating contents by rapidly transferring heat of a heat source such as a burner flame to stored contents using a heat pipe.

As economic conditions have improved and the five-day workweek has been implemented, the number of outside activity such as travel, fishing, mountain climbing, and camping is increasing. When outside activity is performed, there are many cases where the food is cooked outdoors and the meal is prepared. In this case, it is the coppel to use in place of the domestic cooking utensil such as a pot or a frying pan.

Copel is made up of several sets of containers and lids of varying sizes. Such coppels consist of a set of small sized containers in sequence in a large size set to minimize volume when carrying or storing.

On the other hand, when cooking coppers or cooking food, the burner or portable gas range is used to cook the food inside the copel with the flames, and the heat of the flames is transmitted through the bottom surface of the coppels. The contents in the part are often abundant and the contents in the upper part are often found.

Application No.: 20-1999-0018769 (registration number: 20-0170811, title of invention: coppice for mountain climbing)

Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been conceived to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat pipe which not only makes contents uniformly cooked by heat, but also quickly heat the contents, The goal is to provide copel using.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a coppel using a heat pipe capable of reducing the maintenance cost by replacing only the corresponding part without replacing the other part when a failure occurs in the part.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cape using a heat pipe, A heat pipe closely attached to an outer surface of the inner cylinder; And an outer cylinder which is in close contact with an outer surface of the heat pipe and whose lower center portion rises upward to be in close contact with a bottom surface of the inner tube.

Here, the heat pipe is formed by gathering a plurality of flat plate heat pipe cells surrounding the inner cylinder outer surface.

The outer surface of the heat pipe is surrounded by a band or tape.

Further, the plurality of plate-shaped heat pipe cells each have a lower portion surrounding a bottom edge portion of the inner cylinder.

Since the heat of the burner flame provided at the lower side of the kitchen coppel using the heat pipe of the present invention as described above is quickly transmitted to the side of the inner pipe by the heat pipe, the bottom and side of the coppel are evenly heated, There is an advantage that no phenomenon occurs in which one side is unfavorable.

In addition, although the contents are quickly heated by the heat pipe, since the cooling is progressed slowly, there is an advantage that the food stored in the coppels does not easily cool.

In addition, when a failure occurs in a part of the heat pipe, only the flat heat pipe of the corresponding part needs to be replaced, thereby reducing the maintenance cost.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are views showing a coppel using a heat pipe according to the present invention;
FIGS. 3A and 3B are views showing a decomposed state of a coppel using a heat pipe according to the present invention; FIGS.
4 is a view showing a use of a coppel using a heat pipe according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a COPEL using a heat pipe according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 1 and 2 are views showing a coppel using a heat pipe according to the present invention, FIGS. 3a and 3b are views showing a decomposition state of a coppel using a heat pipe according to the present invention, This figure shows the use of coppels using heat pipes.

A heat pipe 20 installed in the inner tube 10; a heat pipe 20 installed in close contact with an outer surface of the heat pipe 20 to seal the inner tube 10; And an outer cylinder 40 surrounding the outer cylinder 40.

The inner cylinder (10) accommodates contents such as food and the upper surface thereof is opened so as to contain contents.

The heat pipe 20 is closely attached to the outer surface of the inner cylinder 10 and receives heat from a heat source H such as a flame of a gas burner. Therefore, the heat of the heat pipe 20 heated to a high temperature is transferred to the inner cylinder 10 to increase the temperature inside the inner cylinder 10, thereby heating the contents contained in the inner cylinder 10.

The heat pipe 20 as described above is formed by assembling a plurality of flat plate heat pipe cells 21.

The flat plate type heat pipe 21 is not a round pipe type but a four-sided thin plate type heat pipe. A plurality of such flat plate type heat pipe cells 21 are arranged on the outer surface of the inner tube 10 in the vertical direction And the flat plate type heat pipe 21 installed in this manner is tightly surrounded along the outer surface of the inner tube 10 to complete the heat pipe 20.

The plate-shaped heat pipe 21 extends to the bottom of the inner tube 10 so that the lower portion of the plate-shaped heat pipe 21 completely surrounds the bottom edge of the inner tube 10.

The heat pipe 20 may be installed so as to be in contact with not only the side surface of the inner cylinder 10 but also the entire bottom surface. However, it is sufficient that the heat pipe 20 surrounds only the bottom surface of the bottom surface. Because, like a flame of gas burner that heats coppel, it rises to the side of coppel along the bottom of coppel. When the flame reaches the side of the coppel, the heat of the flame is heated by the heat of the flame and the heat is transferred to the inner cylinder 10.

The plurality of plate-shaped heat-pipe cells 21 are arranged such that only one of the plate-like heat-pipe cells is in contact with the flame of the gas burner and the other is not in contact with the flame, The structure is such that the flame generated when the gas burner is turned on is such that each of the plate-shaped heat pipe cells is independently contacted with the flame independently and the heat is independently transmitted to the flame desirable.

By constructing the heat pipe 20 in this manner, when one of the plate heat pipe cells fails, only the failed part is replaced with another plate heat pipe cell, and the repair is completed. If a single integrated heat pipe is installed without installing the individual plate-shaped heat pipe 21 as in the present invention, the entire heat pipe must be replaced when a problem occurs in any one of the heat pipes.

The heat pipe 20 is surrounded by a band or tape 30 on the outer surface of the heat pipe 20. A plurality of the plate type heat pipe cells 21 are attached to the inner tube 10, (21) by using a band or a tape (30) in order to prevent the outer surface of the plate-shaped heat pipe cell (21) from being separated from the heat pipe (10).

The outer tube (40) surrounds the outer side of the inner tube (10) and the heat pipe (20). The outer tube 40 is in close contact with the outer surface of the heat pipe 20 so that the center of the lower surface thereof is raised upward by the thickness of the heat pipe 20 and is brought into close contact with the bottom surface of the inner tube 10.

As described above, the heat pipe 20 does not need to surround the entire outer surface of the inner tube 10 but only the bottom surface of the inner tube 10. The central portion of the lower surface of the outer cylinder 40 is lifted up by the thickness of the heat pipe 20 so as to be brought into close contact with the bottom surface of the inner cylinder 10 .

Of course, it is also possible to make the outer surface of the outer tube 40 flat by making the thickness of the bottom portion of the outer tube 40 as thick as the thickness of the heat pipe 20 by the thickness of the heat pipe 20.

10: inner tube 20: heat pipe
21: flat plate heat pipe 30: band or tape
40: outer tube
