Claims (19)
- 나노섬유로 형성된 3차원적 스캐폴드 상에 하이드로겔이 소정의 형태로 패터닝되어 있는 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나노섬유는 키토산, 엘라스틴, 히알루론산, 알지네이트, 젤라틴, 콜라겐, 셀룰로오스, 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리락트산(PLA), 폴리글리콜산(PGA), 폴리[(락틱-co-(글리콜산)) (PLGA), 폴리[(3-하이드록시부티레이트)-co-(3-하이드록시발러레이트) (PHBV), 폴리다이옥산온 (PDO), 폴리[(L-락타이드)-co-(카프로락톤)], 폴리(에스테르우레탄) (PEUU), 폴리[(L-락타이드)-co-(D-락타이드)], 폴리[에틸렌-co-(비닐 알코올)] (PVOH), 폴리아크릴산(PAA), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 폴리스티렌(PS) 및 폴리아닐린 (PAN)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 생체적합성 고분자 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물로 형성되는 것인 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔은 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 폴리하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트(PHEMA), 폴리아크릴산(PAA), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리(N-이소프로필아크릴아미드)(PNIPAM), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP), 폴리락트산 (PLA), 폴리글리콜산(PGA) 및 폴리카프로락톤 (PCL), 젤라틴, 알지네이트, 카라기난, 키토산, 하이드록시알킬셀룰로오스, 알킬셀룰로오스, 실리콘, 고무, 아가, 카르복시비닐 공중합체, 폴리디옥솔란, 폴라아크릴아세테이트, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 무수말레인산/비닐에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 친수성 고분자 또는 이들의 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물로 형성되는 것인 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스캐폴드 내에 생체물질을 추가로 포함하는 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 생체물질은 세포, 조직, 단백질, 지질, 탄수화물, 핵산 및 이들의 하이브리드 분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 생체물질은 세포인 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 생체물질은 단백질인 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 단백질은 효소, 항원 또는 항체인 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔이 스캐폴드 상에 웰 형태로 패터닝되어 있는 스캐폴드 박막.
- 생체적합성 고분자 용액을 전기방사법에 의해 나노섬유로 형성된 스캐폴드로 제조하고;상기 스캐폴드 상에 하이드로겔을 소정의 형태로 패터닝하는 것을 포함하는스캐폴드 박막의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,나노섬유로 형성된 스캐폴드에 산소 플라즈마 처리하는 과정을 추가로 포함하는스캐폴드 박막의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 하이드로겔은 포토리소그래피 또는 소프트리소그래피를 이용하여 패터닝된 것인 스캐폴드 박막의 제조방법.
- 나노섬유로 형성된 3차원적 스캐폴드 상에 하이드로겔이 소정의 형태로 패터닝되어 있는 스캐폴드 박막이 둘 이상 적층되어 있는 복층 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제13항에 있어서,각각의 박막 내에 세포가 포함되어 있는 복층 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 복층 스캐폴드 박막은 세포의 생체 이식을 위해 사용되는 것인 복층 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 복층 스캐폴드 박막은 셀룰로오즈, 젤라틴, 폴리카프로락톤(PCL), 폴리락트산(PLA), 폴리글리콜산(PGA), 폴리[(락틱-co-(글리콜산)) (PLGA), 폴리다이옥산온 (PDO), 폴리[(L-락타이드)-co-(카프로락톤)] 및 폴리[(L-락타이드)-co-(D-락타이드)]로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 생분해성 고분자로 형성되는 것인 복층 스캐폴드 박막.
- 제13항의 복층 스캐폴드 박막의 각각의 박막 내에 동일하거나 상이한 세포를 배양하고,소정의 조건에서의 상기 세포 간의 상호작용을 분석하는 것을 포함하는세포 분석 방법.
- 제1항의 스캐폴드 박막을 하나 이상 포함하는 마이크로어레이.
- 제1항의 스캐폴드 박막을 하나 이상 포함하는 바이오센서.
