Claims (6)
- 엔진 시동상태, 변속기 상태, 차속, ATF온도 및 배터리 전압을 포함하는 데이터를 입력 받는 입력단계(S10)와;
상기 입력단계(S10)에서 입력 받은 데이터에 기반하여 변속기 파킹장치의 액츄에이터(1)를 작동속도 우선모드, 작동소음 우선모드 또는 일반모드 중 어느 모드로 제어해야 하는 상황인지 판단하는 상황판단단계(S20)와;
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서 판단된 상황에 따라 상기 액츄에이터(1)의 모터를 제어하는 PWM 듀티를 각각 다르게 제어하여 상기 액츄에이터(1)를 구동하는 구동단계(S30);
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기 파킹조작장치 제어방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서는, 상기 차속과 엔진 시동상태를 포함하는 데이터를 이용하여, 차량이 주행 중 시동이 꺼진 상황이라고 판단되면, 상기 액츄에이터(1)를 신속하게 제어해야 하는 작동속도 우선모드로 판단하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 변속기 파킹조작장치 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서는, 상기 차속과 변속기 상태를 포함하는 데이터를 이용하여, 차량이 주행 중 변속기에 결함이 발생한 상황이라고 판단되면, 상기 액츄에이터(1)를 신속하게 제어해야 하는 작동속도 우선모드로 판단하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 변속기 파킹조작장치 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서는, 상기 차속을 포함하는 데이터를 이용하여, 사용자에 의한 N단 주차 상황이라고 판단되면, 상기 액츄에이터(1)를 소음이 최소화되도록 제어해야 하는 작동소음 우선모드로 판단하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 변속기 파킹조작장치 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 구동단계(S30)에서는,
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서 액츄에이터(1)를 작동속도 우선모드로 제어해야하는 상황이라고 판단되면, 상기 액츄에이터(1)의 모터를 제어하는 듀티를 최대값인 100%로 제어하고;
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서 액츄에이터(1)를 작동소음 우선모드로 제어해야 하는 상황이라고 판단되면, 50% 미만의 A% 듀티로 제어하며;
상기 상황판단단계(S20)에서 일반모드로 제어해야 하 는 상황으로 판단되는 경우에는 B% 내지 C% 듀티로 제어하고;
여기서, 상기 A, B 및 C는, 0 < A < B < C < 100%의 관계에 있는 것
을 특징으로 하는 변속기 파킹조작장치 제어방법.
