Claims (88)
- 항-C5 제제(anti-C5 agent) 및 항-VEGF 제제(anti-VEGF agent)를 포함하는, 삼출성 나이 관련 황반 변성증(AMD)의 치료가 필요한 피험체의 삼출성 AMD를 치료하기 위한 약학적 조합물로서,상기 항-C5 제제는 C5 보체에 결합하고, 하기 식:[여기서,앱타머는 fCmGfCfCGfCmGmGfUfCfUfCmAmGmGfCGfCfUmGmAmGfUfCfUmGmAmGfUfUfUAfCfCfUmGfCmG-3T(서열 번호 4)이며, 여기서 fC 및 fU는 2'-플루오로 뉴클레오티드이고, mG 및 mA는 2'-OMe 뉴클레오티드이며, 모든 다른 뉴클레오티드는 2'-OH이고, 3T는 인버티드 데옥시티미딘을 나타냄]을 갖는 PEG화 앱타머이고;상기 항-VEGF 제제는 라니비주맙(ranibizumab) 또는 베바시주맙(bevacizumab)이며;상기 항-C5 제제와 상기 항-VEGF 제제는 순차적으로 또는 동시에 투여되는 것인 약학적 조합물.
