Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 청색 광을 발진하는 적어도 두 층 이상의 LED열;상기 LED열에 전기적으로 연결되는 인쇄회로기판;상기 LED열과 이격 배치되는 도광판;상기 LED열과 도광판 사이에 배치되고, 내부에 양자점을 포함하는 양자점바; 및상기 LED열과 양자점바 사이, 및 상기 양자점바와 도광판 사이 중 적어도 어느 하나의 위치에 배치되는 광학수지층을 포함하고,상기 양자점바의 폭은 상기 적어도 두 층 이상의 LED열이 가지는 폭보다 넓거나 동일한 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LED열과 양자점바 사이에 배치되는 제1광학수지층, 및 상기 양자점바와 도광판 사이에 배치되는 제2광학수지층을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1광학수지층 및 제2광학수지층의 굴절율은 1.1 내지 1.6인 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양자점바는 2장의 투명기판 사이에 양자점이 밀봉되어 구성된 백라이트유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양자점이 청색 광을 받으면 적색파장으로 변환되거나 녹색파장으로 변환되는 것을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 두 층의 LED열은 중앙 부위가 폴딩된 단일의 연성인쇄회로기판 상에 실장되는 백라이트 유닛.
