Claims (18)
- 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 비스포스파이트.[화학식 (Ⅰ)]상기 식에서,X는 라디칼 R1', R2', R3' 및 R4'로 치환된 에틸렌 라디칼이며 라디칼 R1과 R1', R2와 R2', R3과 R3' 및 R4와 R4'는 각 경우에 동일하거나, 또는 X는 하기 라디칼 Xa이고,[화학식 Xa]여기서 라디칼 R5, R6, R7, R8은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 알콕시 또는 알킬 기이고,Y는 하기 화학식 (Ⅱa) 내지 (Ⅱd)의 비스페녹시 라디칼 또는 하기 화학식 (Ⅲ)의 비스나프톡시 라디칼 중에서 선택되고,[화학식 (Ⅱa)][화학식 (Ⅱb)][화학식 (Ⅱc)][화학식 (Ⅱd)][화학식 (Ⅲ)]Z는 산소이고,R1, R2, R3, R4는 비치환된 페닐 라디칼이다.
- 원소 주기율표 상의 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 또는 10 족의 금속 및 제1항에 따른 하나 이상의 비스포스파이트를 함유하는 포스파이트-금속 착화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속이 로듐, 팔라듐, 니켈, 백금, 코발트 또는 루테늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 포스파이트-금속 착화합물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 금속 착화합물을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 균일 촉매 반응에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 올레핀의 히드로포르밀화에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속으로서 로듐 또는 코발트를 갖는 금속 착화합물이 히드로포르밀화에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에서 금속 대 비스포스파이트의 몰 비율이 1:1 내지 1:500인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 1) 디올 Aa 또는 알코올 아민 Ab와 인 삼할로겐화물의 반응으로 중간체 A를 형성하는 단계,2) 비치환된 페닐 라디칼을 포함할 수 있는 테트라아릴에탄디올 Ca와 인 삼할로겐화물의 반응으로 중간체 C를 형성하는 단계,3) 중간체 A 또는 C와 디올 Ba의 반응으로 중간체 B를 형성하는 단계, 및4) 중간체 B와 단계 3)에서 사용되지 않은 중간체 A 또는 C를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 비스포스파이트의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단계 1), 2), 3) 및 4) 중 하나 이상에서, 디올 Aa, Ba, Ca, 알코올 아민 Ab 및 중간체 C 중 하나 이상을 금속 화합물과 반응시켜 대응되는 금속 염을 생성하고, 이어서 이것을 인 삼할로겐화물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 소듐 히드리드, 메틸리튬 또는 부틸리튬을 금속 화합물로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 인 삼할로겐화물과의 반응을 염기의 존재 하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 3차 아민을 염기로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
