상기 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물은 제동 성능 및 마모 성능과 저연비 성능이 모두 적정 수준 이상으로 유지되고, 산업 폐기물인 폐고무를 재활용함에 따라 환경 오염을 방지할 수 있고, 대폭적으로 제조단가를 절감할 수 있다.

- 원료고무 100 중량부,
카본블랙 및 실리카를 포함하는 보강성 충진제 1 내지 150 중량부, 그리고
탈황된 재생고무 5 내지 20 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 탈황된 재생고무, 카본블랙 및 실리카를 10:50:20 내지 20:40:30의 중량비로 포함하는 것인 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈황된 재생고무는 황 함량이 상기 탈황된 재생고무 전체에 대하여 0.020 중량% 이하인 것인 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈황된 재생고무는 80 내지 120 mesh로 분쇄된 것인 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물은 상기 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물 전체에 대하여 폴리아로마틱 하이드로카본(polyaromatic hydrocarbon)의 함량이 10 중량% 이하인 것인 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물은 질소흡착 비표면적이 30 내지 200㎡/g이고 디부틸프탈레이트 흡유량이 60 내지 130cc/100g인 카본블랙을 30 내지 80 중량부로 더 포함하는 것인 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1항에 따른 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 타이어.
