Claims (9)
- 연자성 철기 분말의 표면에 절연성 피막을 갖는 분말과, 윤활제를 포함하는 압분 자심용 혼합 분말이며,
상기 혼합 분말 전체의 질량에 대하여,
입자 직경이 106㎛ 이하인 혼합 분말의 질량 비율이 95% 이상이고, 또한
입자 직경이 45㎛ 이하인 혼합 분말의 질량 비율이 40% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 압분 자심용 혼합 분말. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 분말 전체의 질량에 대하여, 상기 윤활제의 질량 비율이 0.6 내지 1%인, 압분 자심용 혼합 분말. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 피막으로서, 절연성 무기 피막이 형성되어 있는, 압분 자심용 혼합 분말. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 무기 피막의 표면에, 절연성 수지 피막이 더 형성되어 있는, 압분 자심용 혼합 분말. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
인덕터의 코어의 제조에 사용되는 것인, 압분 자심용 혼합 분말. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압분 자심용 혼합 분말을 사용하여 얻어진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는, 압분 자심.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압분 자심용 혼합 분말을 성형하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계와,
상기 성형체를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압분 자심의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 열처리는 비산화성 분위기에서 400℃ 이상에서 행해지는, 압분 자심의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 압분 자심이 인덕터의 코어인, 압분 자심의 제조 방법.
