Claims (15)
- 디젤엔진(200)으로부터 발생되는 배기가스를 저감시키는 배기가스 저감장치(100)에 있어서,상기 배기가스 저감장치(100)는 일측에 배기관(210)과 연결되어 내부로 배기가스가 유입되도록 배기가스유입부(111) 및 타측에 정화된 배기가스가 배출되도록 하는 배기가스배출부(112)가 형성되는 본체(110);상기 본체(110)의 배기가스유입부(111)에 인접하게 형성되고 단부에 노즐부(122)가 형성되어 미립화된 연료를 분사하는 연료분사수단(121), 상기 분사된 연료를 점화하는 점화수단(123), 상기 연료분사수단(121)을 통해 분사된 연료와 배기가스유입부(111)를 통해 유입된 배기가스를 메탈필터(130)로 안내하는 분산수단(124)을 포함하는 버너(120);상기 버너(120) 후단에 형성되어 배기가스 내의 유기물 또는 입자상 물질(PM, Particulate Matters)을 연소시키는 메탈필터(130);및 상기 버너(120)의 작동을 제어하고 장치 상태를 판단하는 제어수단(140)을 포함하며,상기 메탈필터(130)는 페칼로이(Fecalloy) 재질이며,상기 분산수단(124)은 상기 연료분사수단(121)으로부터 상기 메탈필터(130) 방향으로 직경이 넓어지는 형태로 형성되고 복수개의 중공부(125)가 형성되어 상기 배기가스유입부(111)를 통해 유입된 배기가스가 상기 중공부(125)를 통해 분산수단(124) 내부로 이동됨으로써 내부의 분사된 연료와 효과적으로 혼합되고 안정적으로 화염이 형성되도록 하며,상기 제어수단(140)을 통해 수집된 장치 상태 및 위험 상황을 시각 또는 청각적으로 상태를 알리며, 차량 운전자가 상기 배기가스 저감장치의 상태를 직접 확인할 수 있어 문제 발생 시에도 보다 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 알림수단이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메탈필터(130)는 표면 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 표면 열처리는 900 내지 1000℃의 공기(Air) 분위기에서 수행되어 표면에 알루미나 산화막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공부(125)는 상기 분산수단(124)의 접선방향에서 일정각도 경사지게 형성되어 상기 중공부(125)를 통해 분산수단(124) 내부로 이동된 배기가스가 일정 흐름을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배기가스 저감장치(100)는 상기 연료분사수단(121)의 노즐부(122)로 공기를 분사하는 공기분사수단(126)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어수단(140)은 상기 배기가스 저감장치(100) 또는 메탈필터(130) 전단에 위치한 압력센서(141), 메탈필터(130) 전ㆍ후단의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서(142, 143), 엔진(200) 알피엠(RPM), 또는 GPS(Global Positioning System) 정보를 통해 장치 상태를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치.

- 상기 제1항, 제3항, 제4항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 배기가스 저감장치(100) 제어방법은엔진(200)이 작동된 후, 상기 버너(120) 작동이 필요한지 판단하는 강제 재생 여부 판단 단계(S100);상기 강제 재생 여부 판단 단계(S100)에서 버너(120) 작동이 필요하다고 판단되면, 상기 알림수단을 통해 차량 운전자에게 경고 신호를 전달하는 경고 신호 전달 단계(S200);상기 경고 신호 전달 단계(S200) 이후에, 차량이 공회전(Idle) 상태인지 판단하는 공회전 상태 판단 단계(S300);상기 공회전 상태 판단 단계(S300)에서 공회전 상태로 판단되고, 사용자의 재생 작동 지시가 입력(S410)되면 상기 버너(120)를 작동시켜 강제 재생하는 강제 재생 단계(S420); 및상기 강제 재생 단계(S420) 수행 후, 버너(120)를 정지하여 강제 재생을 종료하는 강제 재생 종료 단계(S5000); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 강제 재생 여부 판단 단계(S100)에서, 압력센서(141)의 측정 압력이 제1압력 이상 또는 압력센서(141)의 일정 시간 동안 측정 평균 압력이 제2압력 이상인 경우 버너(120)가 작동되어야 함을 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1압력은 150 내지 250 mbar이고, 상기 제2압력은 75 내지 150 mbar인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법은 엔진(200)이 작동 이후에 장치의 상태를 점검하는 장치 상태 점검 단계(S600); 가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 강제 재생 종료 단계(S500) 이후에, 엔진(200)이 작동되면 다시 상기 강제 재생 여부 판단 단계(S100)가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 강제 재생 단계에서, 상기 버너(120)는 상기 메탈필터(130) 전단의 온도가 600 내지 900 ℃ 가 되도록 연료분사량 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 저감장치의 제어방법.
