Claims (10)
- 환원철이 장입되는 용융가스화로, 및
상기 용융가스화로에 연결되어 환원가스를 공급받고, 상기 환원철을 상기 용융가스화로에 제공하는 환원로
를 포함하는 용철제조장치에서 상기 용융가스화로의 돔부에 장입되어 급속 가열되고 환원가스를 발생시키는 성형탄의 제조 방법으로서,
미분탄을 제공하는 단계,
탄소원을 소성하는 단계,
상기 미분탄과 상기 소성된 탄소원을 혼합한 혼합물을 제공하는 단계, 및
상기 혼합물을 성형하여 성형탄을 제공하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 혼합물을 제공하는 단계에서, 상기 혼합물 중 상기 탄소원의 양은 0 보다 크고 상기 혼합물의 50wt% 이하인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 소성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원은 석유 코크스, 무연탄 및 갈탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 소성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원은 아역청탄, 역청탄 및 반무연탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 물질인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 제공하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원의 양은 5wt% 내지 30wt%인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 입도 선별하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 혼합물을 제공하는 단계에서 상기 탄소원의 입도는 0 보다 크고 3mm 이하인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 소성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원의 소성 온도는 700℃ 내지 1100℃인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원의 소성 온도는 800℃ 내지 1000℃인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 소성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원이 석유 코크스인 경우, 상기 혼합물 중 상기 석유 코크스의 양은 상기 혼합물의 10wt% 내지 50wt%인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 소성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원이 무연탄인 경우, 상기 혼합물 중 상기 무연탄의 양은 상기 혼합물의 5wt% 내지 30wt%인 성형탄의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소원을 소성하는 단계에서, 상기 탄소원이 갈탄인 경우, 상기 혼합물 중 상기 갈탄의 양은 상기 혼합물의 5wt% 내지 30wt%인 성형탄의 제조 방법.
