Claims (7)
- 단사정계 이산화티타늄의 결정 구조를 갖고, Cu-Kα선원을 사용한 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 (001)면의 면 간격이 6.223Å 이상인 산화티타늄 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 산화티타늄 화합물이 입자 형상을 갖는 비수 전해질 전지용 부극 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기 수학식 I를 만족하는, 비수 전해질 전지용 부극 활물질.

I(200)/I(001)≤0.5
단, I(001)은 상기 (001)면의 피크 강도이며, I(200)은 상기 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 (200)면의 피크 강도이다. - 리튬을 흡장 및 방출 가능한 정극과,
제1항에 기재된 부극 활물질을 포함하는 부극과,
비수 전해질을 포함하는, 비수 전해질 전지. - 제3항에 기재된 비수 전해질 전지를 포함하는, 전지 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해질 전지를 복수 구비하고, 상기 복수의 비수 전해질 전지가 전기적으로 직렬 및/또는 병렬로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전지 팩.
- 티타늄산 칼륨, 티타늄산 나트륨 및 티타늄산 세슘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 화합물에 산을 반응시켜 알칼리 양이온을 프로톤 교환함으로써, 프로톤 교환체를 얻는 것 및
상기 프로톤 교환체를 가열 처리함으로써, 단사정계 이산화티타늄의 결정 구조를 갖고, Cu-Kα선원을 사용한 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 (001)면의 면 간격이 6.223Å 이상이고, 또한 하기 수학식 I를 만족하는 입자 형상의 산화티타늄 화합물을 합성하는 것을 포함하는, 비수 전해질 전지용 부극 활물질의 제조 방법.
