Claims (3)
- 유압에 따라 홈 폭이 변화되는 입력측의 제1 풀리와,유압에 따라 홈 폭이 변화되는 출력측의 제2 풀리와,상기 제1 풀리와 상기 제2 풀리에 권취되고, 상기 홈 폭에 따라 풀리 접촉 반경이 변화되는 벨트를 구비한 무단 변속기의 라인압 제어 장치에 있어서,운전 상태에 따라서 상기 제1 풀리의 유압을 변화시키는 액추에이터와,목표 변속비에 대응하는 액추에이터의 조작 위치인 규범 모델 조작 위치를 산출하는 규범 모델 조작 위치 산출 수단과,상기 제1 풀리와 상기 제2 풀리의 실변속비로부터 상기 액추에이터의 실조작 위치를 산출하는 실조작 위치 산출 수단과,제1 풀리 입력 토크를 산출하는 제1 풀리 입력 토크 산출 수단과,상기 제1 풀리 입력 토크의 고토크측의 액추에이터의 조작 위치 어긋남 보정량을, 상기 제1 풀리 입력 토크의 저토크측의 상기 액추에이터의 조작 위치 어긋남 보정량보다도 크게 산출하는 액추에이터 조작 위치 어긋남 보정량 산출 수단과,상기 규범 모델 조작 위치와, 상기 실조작 위치와, 상기 액추에이터의 조작 위치 어긋남 보정량을 기초로 하여, 상기 제1 풀리의 유압과 상기 제2 풀리의 유압의 원압이 되는 라인압을 제어하는 라인압 제어 수단을 구비하고,상기 라인압 제어 수단은,상기 규범 모델 조작 위치와, 상기 실조작 위치에 상기 액추에이터의 조작 위치 어긋남 보정량을 가한 가산치의 편차를 기초로 하여 라인압 보정량을 산출하는 라인압 보정량 산출 수단을 구비하고,상기 라인압 보정량을 기초로 하여 상기 라인압을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 라인압 제어 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 풀리의 유압을 검출하는 제1 풀리압 검출 수단과,상기 편차의 부호가 플러스일 경우에 상기 제1 풀리의 유압에 소정치를 가산한 라인압 상한치를 산출하는 라인압 상한치 산출 수단을 구비하고,상기 라인압 보정량 산출 수단은, 상기 편차의 부호가 플러스일 경우에 상기 라인압 보정량을 상기 라인압이 상기 라인압 상한치를 넘지 않도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단 변속기의 라인압 제어 장치.
