Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 자동차의 조명 장치는, 빛을 생성하는 제1 광원과, 빛을 생성하는 제2 광원과, 상기 제1 광원 및 제2 광원에서 생성된 각각의 빛을 외부로 배광하는 렌즈와, 상기 제1 광원에서 생성된 빛이 상기 렌즈를 통해 외부로 배광될 수 있도록, 상기 제1 광원에서 생성된 빛을 상기 렌즈로 반사하는 제1 반사부와, 상기 제2 광원에서 생성된 빛이 상기 렌즈를 통해 외부로 배광될 수 있도록, 상기 제2 광원에서 생성된 빛을 상기 렌즈로 반사하는 제2 반사부와, 상기 제1 반사부 및 제2 반사부보다 낮은 위치에 배치되어, 상기 제1 반사부로부터 반사되는 빛의 초점을 형성시켜서 상기 렌즈로 반사될 수 있도록 하는 쉴드를 포함한다.

도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 자동차의 조명 장치가 포그램프 모드일 때의 외부로 배광되는 빛의 패턴을 나타내는 도면,
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 자동차의 조명 장치가 DRL(Daytime Running Lighting) 모드일 때를 나타내는 측단면도,
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 자동차의 조명 장치가 DRL 모드일 때의 외부로 배광되는 빛의 패턴을 나타내는 도면,
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 자동차의 조명 장치를 나타내는 제어블록도이다.

Claims (10)
- 빛을 생성하는 제1 광원;
빛을 생성하는 제2 광원;
상기 제1 광원 및 제2 광원에서 생성된 각각의 빛을 외부로 배광하는 렌즈;
상기 제1 광원에서 생성된 빛이 상기 렌즈를 통해 외부로 배광될 수 있도록, 상기 제1 광원에서 생성된 빛을 상기 렌즈로 반사하는 제1 반사부;
상기 제2 광원에서 생성된 빛이 상기 렌즈를 통해 외부로 배광될 수 있도록, 상기 제2 광원에서 생성된 빛을 상기 렌즈로 반사하는 제2 반사부; 및
상기 제1 반사부 및 제2 반사부보다 낮은 위치에 배치되어, 상기 제1 반사부로부터 반사되는 빛의 초점을 형성시켜서 상기 렌즈로 반사될 수 있도록 하는 쉴드;를 포함하는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 광원 및 제2 광원 중 어느 하나가 점등되면, 다른 하나는 소등되는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
외부의 조도를 감지하는 조도감지센서;와,
상기 조도감지센서가 감지한 상기 조도가 설정값 이상이면 상기 제1 광원이 소등되고 상기 제2 광원이 점등되도록 제어하고, 상기 조도감지센서가 감지한 상기 조도가 상기 설정값 미만이면 상기 제1 광원이 점등되고 상기 제2 광원은 소등되도록 제어하는 컨트롤러;를 더 포함하는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 광원은 상기 제1 반사부로부터 하측에 배치되고,
상기 제2 광원은 상기 제1 광원으로부터 전방으로 이격되어 상기 제1 광원보다 높게 배치되고, 상기 제2 반사부로부터 상측에 배치되는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 반사부는 상기 제1 반사부로부터 전방에 배치되는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 반사부 및 제2 반사부가 형성된 리플렉터;를 포함하는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터와 일체로 형성되어 상기 제2 광원의 열을 방열하는 제1 방열장치;를 더 포함하는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 리플렉터와 결합되어 상기 제1 광원의 열을 방열하는 제2 방열장치;를 더 포함하는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 렌즈를 상기 리플렉터 및 제2 방열장치에 결합하는 렌즈홀더;를 더 포함하는 자동차의 조명 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 쉴드는 상기 렌즈의 중심을 지나는 수평선 상에 배치되는 자동차의 조명 장치.
