Claims (16)
- 수산기를 포함하는 수희석성 폴리우레탄 수지 25∼55 중량%; pH가 6~10, 인장강도가 5~35 mPa, 파단신률은 600~800%인 수분산 폴리우레탄 수지 10~30 중량%; 경화제 1∼20 중량%; 소광제 1∼20 중량%; 광안정제 0.5∼5 중량%; 소포제 0.1∼2 중량%; 소재습윤제 0.1∼3 중량%; 슬립제 0.1~3 중량%; 경화 촉진제 0.01∼2 중량%; 증점제 0.1∼2 중량%; 및 용제 2∼40 중량%를 포함하며,
상기 수희석성 폴리우레탄 수지는 수지 총량을 기준으로 할 때 a) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 4,4-디페닐 메탄디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 이소포론디이소시아네이트, 디사이클로헥실메탄디이소시아네이트 및 이들로부터 유도된 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 평균 관능기수 2개 이상을 갖는 이소시아네이트 5~30 중량% b) 디메틸프로피오닉산, 디메틸부타노익산, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜, 측쇄에 카르복실기를 함유하는 폴리카프로락톤디올, 측쇄에 술폰산기를 갖는 폴리에테르디올 및 측쇄에 알콕시기로 치환된 폴리옥시에틸렌기를 갖는 폴리올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 평균 관능기수 2개 이상을 갖는 친수성 폴리올 2~10 중량% c) 중량평균분자량이 500~5,000 범위를 갖는 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 및/또는 폴리에스터 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 화합물 30~60 중량%, d) 용제 5~25 중량% 및 e) 중화제 1~5 중량%를 사용하여 제조되며,
상기 수희석성 폴리우레탄 수지의 프리폴리머의 제조시 폴리올(OH)/이소시아네이트(NCO)의 당량비가 1.4~2인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱용 수성 도료 조성물. - 삭제

상기 수희석성 폴리우레탄 수지는 수지 총량을 기준으로 할 때 a) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 4,4-디페닐 메탄디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 이소포론디이소시아네이트, 디사이클로헥실메탄디이소시아네이트 및 이들로부터 유도된 다관능성 이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 평균 관능기수 2개 이상을 갖는 이소시아네이트 5~30 중량% b) 디메틸프로피오닉산, 디메틸부타노익산, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜, 측쇄에 카르복실기를 함유하는 폴리카프로락톤디올, 측쇄에 술폰산기를 갖는 폴리에테르디올 및 측쇄에 알콕시기로 치환된 폴리옥시에틸렌기를 갖는 폴리올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물인 평균 관능기수 2개 이상을 갖는 친수성 폴리올 2~10 중량% c) 중량평균분자량이 500~5,000 범위를 갖는 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 및/또는 폴리에스터 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리올 화합물 30~60 중량%, d) 용제 5~25 중량% 및 e) 중화제 1~5 중량%를 사용하여 제조되며,
상기 수희석성 폴리우레탄 수지의 프리폴리머의 제조시 폴리올(OH)/이소시아네이트(NCO)의 당량비가 1.4~2인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막의 형성방법. - 삭제
