도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 무흉터 내시경수술(Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery, NOTES)시 공초점 내시현미경의 일예를 개략적으로 나타낸 구성도,
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 내시현미경의 프로브가 Over-tube를 지나갈 수 있고 또 삽입 중 파손을 방지하기 위한 내시현미경 프로브의 외관구조를 개략적으로 나타낸 구성도,
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 내시현미경이 공초점 현미경과 결합하여 공초점내시현미경의 특성을 나타내는 원리에 대해 상세하게 나타낸 구성도.

Claims (10)
- 다양한 파장의 레이저를 출사하는 광생성부;
상기 광생성부에서 출사되는 광을 공초점 방식으로 스캐닝하도록 다수의 광학계와 광검출부로 구성되어 동기화를 통해 2차원 영상을 획득하는 공초점 현미경부;
상기 공초점 현미경부에서 출사된 광을 입사받는 결합광학계;
상기 결합광학계를 투과한 광을 입사받아 전달하는 광섬유 다발; 및
상기 광섬유 다발에서 출사되는 광을 소형 프로브;를 포함하며,
상기 소형 프로브는,
진동 및 외력으로부터 보호하기 위한 스폰지 튜브;
상기 스폰지 튜브와 대물렌즈가 결합되기 위해 적용되는 실리콘 튜브; 및
인체 접촉 시 무해성을 위한 광학본딩으로 접합되도록 구성되고,
상기 광생성부는 형광 및 반사영상이 모두 획득 가능한 3가지 파장을 갖는 광생성부로 구성되며,
상기 공초점 현미경부는 선택적으로 광파장을 필터링하여 측정부로 입사시키기 위해 구동되는 파장필터와 출력되는 광을 측정대상으로 스캐닝하기 위해 구동되는 갈바노 미러;를 포함하고,
상기 공초점 현미경부는 스캔닝 미러에서 반사되는 광을 스캔렌즈와 튜브렌즈를 통해 상기 결합광학계로 전달되고, 반사영상 획득을 위한 Quater wave plate와 편광 빔스플리터가 더 포함하며,
상기 결합광학계는, 상기 광섬유 다발이 가지는 NA와 같은 NA를 가지는 대물렌즈로 구성되는 무흉터 내시경 수술용 멀티모달 공초점 내시 현미경. - 삭제
