Claims (9)
- 실린더 내에, 주 피스톤과 외부 부착 피스톤으로 구성되는 피스톤 세트를 배치하고, 상기 외부 부착 피스톤은 주 피스톤의 외부에 배치되며, 상기 외부 부착 피스톤은 양측의 인장 바를 이용하여 실린더 바닥부에 있는 크랭크샤프트의 양측에 마련된 하트형 홈(heart-shaped groove)에 접속되어, 주 피스톤과 함께 상하 행정 으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 세트의 주 피스톤 또는 외부 부착 피스톤의 스커트부에, 흡기구 및 배기구를 통한 윤활유의 누설을 방지하는 블로킹 링을 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크랭크샤프트의 양측 각각에 마련된, 외부 부착 피스톤을 상하 행정으로 구동하는 하트형 홈은 대형의 환형 홈 및 2개의 소형의 환형 홈으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크랭크샤프트의 양측에 있는 하트형 홈은 오목한 형태 또는 볼록한 형태, 또는 이들 형태의 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 내의 실린더 보어를 2단형으로 하고, 상기 실린더 보어는 2개의 상이한 내경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 바닥부의 크랭크케이스는, 기체의 흐름 방향을 제어하도록 일방향 독립 공기 통로에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 바닥부의 크랭크케이스 내의 기체는 일방향 독립 공기 통로를 지나서 실린더로 흐르거나, 또는 크랭크케이스로부터 빠져나와 실린더로 재진입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 내로 분사하는 직접 연료 분사 시스템은 오일 펌프, 체크 밸브, 일방향 조절 밸브로 구성되고, 오일 펌프를 구동하는 동력은 실린더 바닥부에 있는 크랭크케이스 내의 크랭크샤프트 양측에 마련된 하트형 홈의 회전에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 외부 부착 피스톤과 제1 단의 실린더 보어의 접촉면이 파형인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진.
