Claims (21)
- 다양한 크기와 형상을 갖는 사전 형성된 니켈 화합물 입자에 젤라틴을 흡착시킴으로써 젤라틴 피복 니켈 화합물을 형성하는 단계(단계 A)와, 단계 A에서 생성된 젤라틴 피복 니켈 화합물을 불활성 가스 분위기에서 가열함으로써 상기 젤라틴 피복 니켈 화합물을 금속성 니켈 및 산화니켈을 함유한 미세입자로 전환시키는 단계(단계 B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 B를 수행한 후 환원 가스 분위기에서 단계 B보다 낮은 온도로 미세입자를 가열함으로써 상기 미세입자 내의 산화니켈을 완전히 환원시키는 단계(단계 C)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 형성된 니켈 화합물 입자의 형상은 단계 B에서의 전환 후 또는 단계 C에서의 환원 후 보존되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 형성된 니켈 화합물 입자는 수산화 니켈 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 니켈 입자는 니켈염 수용액과 알칼리 수용액의 혼합에 의한 반응에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 니켈 입자의 교반된 수성 현탁액이 실온에서 시효(aging)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 니켈 입자의 교반된 수성 현탁액이 가열되면서 시효되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 반응액의 pH가 수산화 니켈의 등전점보다 낮게 유지되는 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 사전 형성된 수산화 니켈 입자의 시드(seed)가 존재하는 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 시드는 농도가 0.1 mol/L 이하인 니켈염 수용액과 알칼리 수용액을 혼합하여 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 형성된 니켈 화합물 입자는 판상 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴 피복 니켈 화합물의 양은 니켈 화합물 및 젤라틴의 전체 중량에 대해 1.7 질량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 A는 젤라틴 수용액에 상기 사전 형성된 니켈 화합물 입자를 분산시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 B는 300 내지 500℃의 온도에서 가열함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 C는 150 내지 240℃의 온도에서 가열함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 미세 니켈 분말.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 편평한 형상과 제한된 분포의 직경을 갖는 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 각각의 최대 투사 직경이 30 내지 300 nm이고 두께가 50 nm 이하인 판상 금속성 니켈 분말로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말.
- 제 2 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 미세 니켈 분말.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 편평한 형상과 제한된 분포의 직경을 갖는 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 각각의 최대 투사 직경이 30 내지 300 nm이고 두께가 50 nm 이하인 판상 금속성 니켈 분말로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말.
