Abstract
Description
루테늄 성분 공급원의 루테늄 화합물로서, 예컨대, RuCl3·nH2O, Ru(NO3)3, Ru2(OH)2Cl4·7NH3·3H2O, K2(RuCl5(H2O)), (NH4)2(RuCl5(H2O)), K2(RuCl5(NO)), RuBr3·nH2O, Na2RuO4, Ru(NO)(NO3)3, (Ru3O(OAc)6(H2O)3)OAc·nH2O, K4(Ru(CN)6)·nH2O, K2(Ru(NO2)4(OH)(NO)), (Ru(NH3)6)Cl3, (Ru(NH3)6)Br3, (Ru(NH3)6)Cl2, (Ru(NH3)6)Br2, (Ru3O2(NH3)14)Cl6·H2O, (Ru(NO)(NH3)5)Cl3, (Ru(OH)(NO)(NH3)4)(NO3)2, RuCl2(PPh3)3, RuCl2(PPh3)4, (RuClH(PPh3)3)·C7H8, RuH2(PPh3)4, RuClH(CO)(PPh3)3, RuH2(CO)(PPh3)3, (RuCl2(cod))n, Ru(CO)12, Ru(acac)3, (Ru(HCOO)(CO)2)n, Ru2I4(p-사이멘)2 등의 루테늄 화합물을 들 수 있다. 이들 화합물을 한 종을 단독으로 사용할 수도 있고 이종 이상을 함께 사용할 수도 있다. 바람직하게는, 취급 측면에서 RuCl3·nH2O, Ru(NO3)3, Ru2(OH)2Cl4·7NH3·3H2O가 이용되고, 특히, RuCl3·nH2O가 바람직하다.
등유 또는 그 이상의 비점을 갖는 탄화수소를 원료로 하는 경우, 수증기 개질 촉매 층의 입구 온도를 630℃이하, 바람직하게는 600℃이하로 유지하여 수증기 개질시키는 것이 바람직하다. 입구 온도가 630℃를 넘으면, 탄화수소의 열분해가 촉진되어, 라디칼이 생성되어 촉매 또는 반응관 벽에 탄소가 석출되어, 운전이 곤란하게 될 수 있다. 또, 촉매층 출구 온도는 특별히 제한되지는 않지만, 650 내지 800℃ 범위가 바람직하다. 650℃ 미만에서는 수소의 생성량이 충분하지 않은 우려가 있고, 800℃를 넘으면 반응 장치에 내열 재료가 필요할 수 있어 경제적으로 바람직하지 않다.
Claims (20)
- (a) 산화 란탄, 산화 세륨 및 산화 지르코늄 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물, (b) 산화 망간 및 (c) 알루미나를 포함하는 담체에, (d) 루테늄 성분, 백금 성분, 로듐 성분, 팔라듐 성분 및 이리듐 성분 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 귀금속 성분이 담지된, 탄화수소 개질에 의한 수소 제조용 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,담체가 (a') 란탄 화합물, 세륨 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물 중에서 선택된 일종 이상의 화합물과 (b') 망간 화합물을 (c) 알루미나 담체로 함침 및 소성시켜 수득되는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,800 내지 1000℃의 소성 온도에서 소성시켜 수득되는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,담체가 (a') 란탄 화합물, 세륨 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 (c) 알루미나로 함침시키고, 400 내지 600℃의 온도에서 소성시킨 후, 이에 (b') 망간 화합물을 함침시키고, 800 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 소성시켜 수득되는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산화 란탄, 산화 세륨 및 산화 지르코늄 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물의 함유량이 개질 촉매의 1 내지 20질량%인 탄화수소 개질 촉매.

- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(b') 망간 화합물이 아세트산 망간인 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,루테늄 성분, 백금 성분, 로듐 성분, 팔라듐 성분 및 이리듐 성분 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 귀금속 성분이 귀금속 원소로서 0.1 내지 8질량%의 양으로 개질 촉매내에 함유되는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(b) 산화 망간이 개질 촉매의 3 내지 20질량%의 양으로 개질 촉매내에 함유되는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,알칼리 금속 성분 또는 알칼리 토금속 성분에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 개질 촉매를 이용하여 탄화수소를 개질하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,개질이 수증기 개질, 자기열 개질, 부분 산화 개질 및 이산화탄소 개질 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 수소의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 개질 촉매를 사용하는 개질기(reformer) 및 상기 개질기에 의해 생산되는 수소를 연료로서 사용하는 연료 전지를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(a) 성분의 함유량은 탄화수소 개질 촉매의 1 내지 20질량%이고, (b) 성분의 함유량은 탄화수소 개질 촉매의 3 내지 20질량%이고, (d) 성분의 함유량은 탄화수소 개질 촉매의 0.1 내지 8질량%이며, 탄화수소 개질 촉매의 잔부가 (c) 성분으로 이루어지는 탄화수소 개질 촉매.
