Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 전지케이스의 외부로 돌출된 양극리드와 음극리드는 상호 대향되는 방향으로 단차지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 양극리드와 음극리드를 서로 반대 방향으로 단차지게 형성하여 상호 간에 충분한 이격 거리를 확보함으로써, 전지의 내압 상승이나 외부의 물리적인 충격 등의 비정상적인 상황 발생시 각 전극리드 간의 단락을 최소화할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 양극, 음극, 분리막을 포함하는 전극조립체; 상기 전극조립체를 수용하는 전지케이스; 상기 각 전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 전지케이스의 외부로 돌출되는 양극리드 및 음극리드를 포함하며,
상기 전지케이스의 외부로 돌출된 양극리드와 음극리드는 상호 대향되는 방향으로 단차지게 형성되고,
상기 외부로 돌출된 양극리드와 음극리드 사이에는 절연부재가 개재되며,
상기 절연부재는 상기 음극리드와 양극리드의 단차가 형성된 부분의 표면에 형성되며, 양극리드와 음극리드 상호 간의 마주보는 내 측면 중 어느 한면에만 개재되고,
상기 절연부재의 재질은 에폭시 수지, 아라미드 페이퍼, 폴리에스테르 필름 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부로 돌출된 양극리드와 음극리드의 이격 거리는 3㎜~10㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
