Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 에틸렌 코폴리머를 포함한 열가소성 폴리머;
페놀-변성 방향족 탄화수소 수지를 포함한 제1 점착부여제;
상기 제1 점착부여제와 다른 제2 점착부여제; 및
제1 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 300℉에서 6000 센티포이즈 이하의 점도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 점착부여제는 로진 에스테르, 로진산, 스티렌화 테르펜, 테르펜-페놀 수지, 지방족 탄화수소 수지, 방향성-변성 지방족 수지, 방향족 탄화수소 수지, α-메틸 스티렌 수지, 수소화 탄화수소 수지, 및 방향족-변성 탄화수소 수지 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 왁스는 파라핀 왁스, 피셔 트롭쉬(Fischer Tropsch) 왁스, 및 그의 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 왁스는 25℃에서 27 dmm 이하의 침입도(needle penetration)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 왁스와 다른 제2 왁스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 왁스는 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 피셔 트롭쉬 왁스, 마이크로크리스탈린 왁스, 식물성 왁스, 및 그의 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌 코폴리머는 에틸린 n-부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 메틸-메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌 에틸아크릴레이트, 및 에틸렌 아크릴산 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은, 300 ℉ 이하의 온도로 가열될 때 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 용융 접착제 조성물.
