Description
Claims (16)
- 적어도 2개의 매체안개 분무가 형성되고, 그 중 제 1 분무(S1)가 분무점에서 제 2 매체안개 분무의 안쪽에 형성되는 매체안개 분무방법에 있어서,분무(S1, S2)의 형성시에, 각 분무(S1, S2)를 형성하는데 사용되는 노즐의 배출개구(5, 13)의 앞쪽에서 또는 분무(S1, S2)들이 상호간에 혼합되기 전에 매체가 회전 운동을 하며, 각 상이한 분무(S1, S2) 또는 분무를 생성하는데 사용되는 매체들의 회전 방향이 상호간에 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체의 분무방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 제 3 분무(S3)의 형성을 더 포함하여 구성되며, 제 1 분무(S1) 및 제 2 분무(S2)가 분무점에서 상기 제 3 분무내에 머무르게 되며, 그에 따라서 각 인접한 분무(S1, S2 및 S2, S3)의 매체들의 회전 방향은 각 분무를 형성하는데 사용되는 노즐의 배출개구(5, 13)의 앞쪽에서 또는 각 인접한 분무(S1, S2 및 S2, S3)들이 상호간에 혼합되기 전에 상호간에 대하여 반대방향으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배출개구의 앞에서 매체의 회전운동을 형성하게 되는 방식으로 매체가 각 분무를 형성하는 분무노즐의 노즐실(4, 6, 7)내로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 분무(S1)는 제 1 노즐실의 배출개구(5)를 경유하여, 또한 제 2 분무(S2)는 제 2 노즐실의 배출개구(13)를 경유하여 보내지며, 제 2 노즐실의 배출개구(13)는 고리형상을 가지며, 분무방향에 수직인 방향에서 제 1 노즐의 배출개구(5)를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무매체는 액체 또는 기체와 액체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 입구(2)가 형성된 프레임(1)과, 제 1 배출 개구(5)를 가지는 제 1 노즐실(4)과, 제 1 노즐실의 배출개구(5)의 둘레에 고리형상의 개구로서 형성된 배출개구(13)를 가지는 제 2 노즐실(6) 및, 입구(2)로부터 각 노즐실(4, 6)로의 적어도 하나의 매체통로(9, 10)를 포함하여 구성되는 분무노즐에 있어서,분무매체가 제 1의 방향으로 회전하도록 하는 방식으로 제 1 노즐실(4)로 분무매체를 도출하기 위한 수단(9)과, 분무매체가 제 1 노즐실(4)로 반송되는 매체의 회전 방향과 반대인 제 2의 방향으로 회전하도록 하는 방식으로 제 2 노즐실(6)로 분무매체를 도출하기 위한 수단(10)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 배출개구가 제 1 노즐실(4) 및 제 2 노즐실(6)의 배출개구(5, 13)를 둘러싸는 제 3 노즐실(7)과, 분무매체를 제 3 노즐실(7)로 안내하여 제 2 노즐실(6)로 안내된 매체의 회전 방향과는 반대방향인 제 1 방향으로 회전 운동시키는 수단(11)을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 수단(9,10,11)은 적어도 부분적으로 접선방향으로 분무매체를 적어도 하나의 노즐실내로 안내하는 적어도 한개의 매체통로(9,10,11)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 각 노즐실(4,6,7)은 분무매체를 노즐실내로 안내하는 적어도 한개의 매체통로(9,10,11)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 혼합실(15)을 포함하여 구성되며, 제 1 노즐실(4)의 배출개구(5) 및 제 2 노즐실(6)의 고리형상 배출개구(13)는 이 혼합실내로 개구되며, 여기에서 제 1 노즐실 및 제 2 노즐실의 매체분무가 배출개구(14)를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 3 노즐실(7)은 고리형상의 배출개구(16)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 1 노즐실로부터 분무되는 매체분무(S1)는 원추형 분무를 형성하며, 제 2 노즐실(6)로부터의 분무는 고리형상의 원추형 분무를 형성하며, 그의 내부에서 제 1 분무(S1)가 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 3 노즐실로부터의 분무는 넓은 영역에 걸친 고리형상의 분무(S3)이며, 그의 내부에서 제 1 분무(S1) 및 제 2 분무(S2)가 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 분무매체는 액체 또는 액체와 기체의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 14 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분무노즐은, 제 3 노즐실의 배출개구보다 큰 원에 배치되는 적어도 한개의 고리형상 노즐을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 넓은 영역에 걸친 균질의 안개분무의 확산이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체의 분무방법.
