Claims (11)
- 투명 지지체 상에, 아크릴 수지 입자 및 스티렌-아크릴 공중합체 수지 바인더로 형성되어 되는 광확산성층을 가져서 되는 적층체를, 2장 겹쳐서 되는 광학 필름으로서,상기 스티렌-아크릴 공중합체 수지 바인더는, 유리전이온도가 40℃ 이상이고, 상기 광확산성층에 함유되는 전체 수지 바인더에 있어서의 비율이 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제1항의 광학 필름으로서,상기 광확산성층이, 유리전이온도 30℃ 이하의 아크릴 수지 바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제2항의 광학 필름으로서,상기 스티렌-아크릴 공중합체 수지와 아크릴 수지 바인더의 비율이 중량비로 1:4~4:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제1항의 광학 필름으로서,상기 적층체의 광확산성층이 형성되어 있는 면을 제1면으로 하고, 그 반대측 면을 제2면으로 할 때, 2장의 적층체는 한쪽의 제1면과 다른 한쪽의 제2면이 마주보도록 겹쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제1항의 광학 필름으로서,상기 적층체는, 상기 광확산성층이 형성되어 있는 면과 반대측 면에 백코트층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제1항의 광학 필름으로서,1장의 적층체의 헤이즈(JIS K 7136:2000)가 85% 이상이고, 전광선 투과율(JIS K 7361-1:1997)이 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 제1항의 광학 필름으로서,상기 아크릴 수지 입자는 평균 입경이 10~30 ㎛이고, 입자경 분포의 변동계수가 10~40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 필름.
- 적어도 한쪽 단부에 광원이 배치되고, 상기 한쪽 단부에 대략 직교하는 면을 광출사면으로 하는 도광판과, 상기 도광판의 광출사면에 배치되는 광학부재를 구비한 백라이트 장치에 있어서, 상기 광학부재로서, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 광학 필름을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 장치.
- 제8항의 백라이트 장치로서,상기 광학 필름은, 광확산성층이 광출사측이 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 장치.
- 광원과, 상기 광원의 한쪽에 배치되는 광확산재와, 상기 광확산재의, 상기 광원과는 다른 쪽에 배치되는 광학부재를 구비한 백라이트 장치에 있어서, 상기 광학부재로서, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 광학 필름을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 장치.
- 제10항의 백라이트 장치로서,상기 광학 필름은, 광확산성층이 광출사측이 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 장치.
