Claims (6)
- Co를 0.2 질량% 이상 0.9 질량% 이하, Cr을 0.2 질량% 이상 1.5 질량% 이하 함유하고, 잔부가 W과 C의 이원 화합물 및 불순물을 포함하며,
상기 Co는 CoxWyCz(단, x, y, z > 0이고, x+y>z임)의 상태로 존재하고,
상기 W과 C의 이원 화합물 중, WC의 평균 입도가 0.2 ㎛ 이상 0.7 ㎛ 이하이며,
상기 WC의 입도의 표준 편차(σ)가 σ≤0.25인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금. - 제1항에 있어서, 입도가 1.0 ㎛ 이상인 WC의 면적 비율이 상기 초경합금에 대하여 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 W과 C의 이원 화합물은, WC 또는 WC 및 W2C를 포함하고, W2C를 포함하는 경우, 체적 비율로, W2C/(WC+W2C)≤0.005 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초경합금의 HRA 경도가 94 이상 96 이하, 파괴 인성(KIC)이 4 MPa·m1/2 이상, 항절력이 1 GPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.2 질량% 이하의 V을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cr 탄화물 및 V 탄화물이, X선 회절에 의해 검출되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 초경합금.
