Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 태양열을 차단하여 건축물의 지붕 표면온도를 떨어뜨림으로써 냉,난방의 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있고, 건축물 뿐만 아니라 아스팔트 및 콘크리트 포장도로에 도장함으로써 사회문제가 되고 있는 도시 열섬현상도 완화할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차열성 시험예를 보인 예시도이다.
덧붙여, 후술되는 성분중 첨가량이 "~이하"라고 표현된 부분에서 "~이하"의 범위는 "0"을 제외한 첨가량이다. 예를 들어, X성분이 10중량% 이하라고 기재된 것의 의미는 0<X≤10의 개념이다.

Claims (5)
- 금속 표면층을 갖는 지붕의 차열방수공법에 있어서;
상기 금속 표면층에 형성된 곰팡이, 녹을 포함한 파손부분이나 이물질을 제거하는 표면이물 제거단계; 이물이 제거된 곰팡이 발생부위나 곰팡이 발생 예상부위에 곰팡이방지제를 도포하고, 녹이 제거된 부위를 포함한 표면층 상부에 녹 방지제를 도포하여 방지처리층을 형성하는 방지처리과정과; 균열, 누수부위, 곡각지점 및 돌출부위를 보강처리제로 보수하여 보수보강층을 형성하는 보강처리과정;으로 이루어진 전처리단계; 전처리된 보수보강층에 하도제를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하는 하도제 도포단계; 하도층의 상부에 차열방수제를 도포하여 차열방수층을 형성하는 차열방수제 도포단계;를 포함하되,
상기 곰팡이방지제는, 제4암모늄 1~14 중량%, 페놀 유도체 1~3% 중량%, 및 나머지는 물로 구성되고;
상기 녹 방지제는, 아마인유 10~30 중량%, 백유 10~30% 중량%, 나프텐 증류액과 중질 및 탈지 솔벤트 혼합물 1~10 중량% 및 나머지는 지방산 그리시딜 에스테르와 무수프탈산 및 오일수지 혼합물로 이루어지며;
상기 보강처리제는, 아크릴 공중합체 20~30 중량%, 이산화티타늄 15~30 중량%, 석분 20~25 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 2~4 중량%, 액화무수암모니아 0.1~1 중량%, 및 나머지는 물로 이루어지고;
상기 하도제는, 합성 알키드 수지 10~30 중량%, 규산무수물 25 중량% 이하(0은 제외), 미립자산화철 10 중량% 이하(0은 제외), 인산아연 0.2 중량% 이하(0은 제외), 및 나머지는 액상탄화수소로 이루어지며;
상기 차열방수제는, 아크릴 공중합체 20~30중량%, 이산화티타늄 15~30 중량%, 나노세라믹입자 또는 운모가루 20~25 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 2~4 중량%, 액화무수암모니아 0.1~1 중량%, 나머지는 물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 지붕의 차열방수공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
상기 전처리단계에서, 보강처리과정은 초벌칠로 상기 보강처리제를 1차 도포한 후 폴리에스터 강화 직물인 보강재를 붙이고, 다시 상기 보강처리제로 재도포하는 방식으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 지붕의 차열방수공법.
- 아스팔트 슁글 표면층을 갖는 지붕의 차열방수공법에 있어서;
상기 표면층에 형성된 곰팡이를 포함한 파손부분이나 이물질을 제거하는 표면이물 제거단계; 이물이 제거된 곰팡이 발생부위나 곰팡이 발생 예상부위에 곰팡이방지제를 도포하여 방지처리층을 형성하는 방지처리과정과; 균열, 누수부위, 곡각지점 및 돌출부위를 보강처리제로 보수하여 보수보강층을 형성하는 보강처리과정;으로 이루어진 전처리단계; 전처리된 보수보강층에 하도제를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하는 하도제 도포단계; 하도층의 상부에 차열방수제를 도포하여 차열방수층을 형성하는 차열방수제 도포단계;를 포함하되,
상기 곰팡이방지제는, 제4암모늄 1~14 중량%, 페놀 유도체 1~3% 중량%, 및 나머지는 물로 구성되고;
상기 보강처리제는, 아크릴 공중합체 20~30 중량%, 이산화티타늄 15~30 중량%, 석분 20~25 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 2~4 중량%, 액화무수암모니아 0.1~1 중량%, 및 나머지는 물로 이루어지며;
상기 하도제는, 아크릴계 고무고분자 38~45 중량%, 안료인 이산화티타늄 35~42 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 8~16 중량%, 암모니아 1.0중량% 이하(0은 제외) 및 나머지는 무기혼합물로 이루어진 제1성분과; 친수제 5~10 중량%, 나머지는 포틀랜드 시멘트와 고결방지제가 혼합된 혼합물로 이루어진 제2성분;이 1:1의 중량비로 혼합되어 이루어지고;
상기 차열방수제는, 아크릴 공중합체 20~30중량%, 이산화티타늄 15~30 중량%, 나노세라믹입자 또는 운모가루 20~25 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 2~4 중량%, 액화무수암모니아 0.1~1 중량%, 나머지는 물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 지붕의 차열방수공법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서;
상기 하도제 중 제2성분을 친수제는 상글리세린, 폴리올, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 중 하나이고; 상기 고결방지제는 규산마그네슘, 페로로사이안화나트륨, 이산화규소, 실리콘폴리머 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 지붕의 차열방수공법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서;
상기 하도제는 상기 제2성분을 교반기로 먼저 혼합하는 동안 제1성분을 첨가하면서 덩어리가 없어질 때까지 혼합하고, 방치한 후 응고가 생기지 않도록 하기 위해 1분 동안 추가적으로 재혼합을 실시한 다음 최종 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물 지붕의 차열방수공법.
