Claims (7)
- N/P분할사와 메탈릭사를 연사하여 복합사를 만드는 방법에 있어서,
N/P분할사를 선염처리한 후, 메탈릭사와 연사하여 복합사를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 복합사 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에서, 상기 N/P분할사의 선염방법은,
N/P분할사를 실 염색기에 감은 다음 100~130℃의 균일한 온도에서 30~60분 동안 알칼리용액으로 처리하여 6~15% 감량하는 감량단계;
상기 감량된 분할형 극세사를 70~80℃의 물로 수세한 후 정련제로 정련한 다음 pH 4~5가 되도록 산처리하는 수세단계로서, 상기 수세단계가 실 염색기의 상부에서 노즐을 통해 철분이 제거된 물을 살포시킴과 동시에 실 염색기의 내부로부터 외측으로 철분이 제거된 물을 분출시켜 이물질을 제거한 다음 정련과 산처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수세단계;
상기 산처리한 분할형 극세사를 100~130℃에서 염료와 분산제, 균염제, 대전방지제 및 유연제를 투입하여 30~60분 동안 처리하여 가압염색하는 염색단계; 및
염색된 실을 수세건조하는 단계를 통해 N/P분할사가 염색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 복합사 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연사공정이 커버링 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 복합사 제조방법.
- N/P분할사와 메탈릭사를 혼합하여 제직하는 방법에 있어서,
N/P분할사를 선염처리한 후 메탈릭사와 함께 제직하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 혼합 제직 방법.
- 제 4 항에서, 상기 N/P분할사의 선염방법은,
N/P분할사를 실 염색기에 감은 다음 100~130℃의 균일한 온도에서 30~60분 동안 알칼리용액으로 처리하여 6~15% 감량하는 감량단계;

염색된 실을 수세건조하는 단계를 통해 N/P분할사가 염색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 혼합 제직 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제직된 원단의 전부 또는 일부에 루프를 갖도록 하는 공정을 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 혼합 제직 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 루프의 끝이 절단되어 컷 파일이 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N/P분할사와 메탈릭사의 혼합 제직 방법.
