Description
도 2는 종래기술에 따라 두 개의 벤트홀을 갖는 차량용 에어백장치를 도시한 구성도.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 차량용 듀얼챔버 에어백의 가스압 조절시스템을 도시한 구성도.
도 4a 및 도 4b는 도 3의 "A"부를 확대하여 도시한 확대도.
도 5a 내지 도 5c는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 듀얼챔버 에어백의 가스압 조절시스템의 작동 상태를 도시한 상태도.

Claims (5)
- 격막(110)을 통해 상부챔버(110a)와 하부챔버(110b)로 구분되는 쿠션부(100);
상기 상부챔버(110a)에 가스를 제공하도록 상기 쿠션부(100)의 상부측에 설치되는 인플레이터(200); 및
상기 상부챔버(110a) 내의 가스를 상기 하부챔버(110b)로 일방향 공급하기 위해 격막(110)에 형성되는 일방향 벤트조절부(300)를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 상부챔버(110a)에 형성되어 전기적 신호에 의해 개방되는 액티브 벤트부(400)와, 쿠션부(100)의 전개 후기 상기 액티브 벤트부(400)에 전기적 신호를 인가하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼챔버 에어백의 가스압 조절시스템. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
쿠션부(100)의 전개 초기 상기 상부챔버(110a) 내의 가스는 상기 일방향 벤트조절부(300)를 통해 상기 하부챔버(110b)로 일방향 이동되고, 쿠션부(100)의 전개 후기 상기 상부챔버(110a) 내의 가스는 상기 전기적 신호에 의해 개방되는 액티브 벤트부(400)를 통해 외부로 배출되면서 상기 상부챔버(110a)와 하부챔버(110b)가 독립적으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼챔버 에어백의 가스압 조절시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 일방향 벤트조절부(300)는 상기 격막(110)에 형성되는 일방향 벤트홀(310)과, 상기 일방향 벤트홀(310)을 덮도록 양단부가 상기 하부챔버(110b)측 격막(110)에 쏘우잉되는 플랩(320)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼챔버 에어백의 가스압 조절시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 플랩(320)은 상기 상부챔버(110a)의 압력이 하부챔버(110b)의 압력보다 크면 압력차에 의해 상기 일방향 벤트홀(310)을 개방하고, 상기 상부챔버(110a)의 압력이 하부챔버(110b)의 압력보다 작으면 압력차에 의해 상기 일방향 벤트홀(310)을 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 듀얼챔버 에어백의 가스압 조절시스템.
