Description
Claims (17)
- 하기 제 1 및 제 2 항체가 교차 반응성을 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기를 포함하는 약학 조성물:a) 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체 및b) 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는, NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 종양 항원이 EGFR, HER2/neu, HER3, HER4, Ep-CAM, CEA, TRAIL, TRAIL-수용체 1, TRAIL-수용체 2, 림포톡신-베타 수용체, CCR4, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD28, CD33, CD40, CD80, CSF-1R, CTLA-4, 섬유모세포 활성 단백질 (FAP), 헵신, 흑색종-관련 콘드로이틴 설페이트 프로테오글리칸 (MCSP), 프로스테이트-특이적 막 항원 (PSMA), VEGF 수용체 1, VEGF 수용체 2, IGF1-R, TSLP-R, TIE-1, TIE-2, TNF-알파, 세포자멸사의 TNF성 약한 유도제 (TWEAK), IL-1R로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-표지된 단클론 항체가 항-HER2 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-표지된 단클론 항체가 항-EGFR 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-표지된 단클론 항체가 항-IGF1R 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비-표지된 단클론 항체가 하기의 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물:알렘투주맙, 아폴리주맙, 세툭시맙, 에프라투주맙, 갈릭시맙, 젬투주맙, 이필리무맙, 라베투주맙, 파니투무맙, 리툭시맙, 트라스투주맙, 니모투주맙, 마파투무맙, 마투주맙 및 페르투주맙, rhMab ICR62.
- 종양 항원을 과다발현하는 고체 종양을 겪는 환자의 치료를 위한, 상기 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체를 포함하는 약제로서, 상기 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체가, 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체와 공동 투여되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 항체가 교차 반응성을 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 환자의 NIR 형광 영상이 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 고체 종양 부위에서의, 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 상기 단클론 항체의 NIR 형광 신호가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제.
- 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체로 이전에 치료된, 종양 항원을 과다발현하는 고체 종양을 겪는 환자의 치료를 위한, 상기 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 상기 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체, 및 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체를 포함하는 약제로서, 그로 인해 상기 이전 치료 후 고체 종양의 부위에서의 NIR 형광 신호가, 상기 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체를 사용한 상기 이전 치료 전 고체 종양의 상기 부위에서의 NIR 형광 신호와 비교하여 10% 이상 감소되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 항체가 교차 반응성을 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제.
- 종양 항원을 과다발현하는 고체 종양을 겪는 환자의 치료를 위한, 상기 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체를 포함하는 약제로서, 약제의 투여 패턴이 하기의 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 제 1 및 제 2 항체가 교차 반응성을 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제:a) 환자가, 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체로 제 1 용량 (dose)을 받는 단계;b) 고체 종양의 부위에서의 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 상기 제 2 단클론 항체의 NIR 형광 신호를 측정하는 단계;c) 환자가 상기 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체로 제 1 용량을 받는 단계;d) 환자가 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 상기 제 2 항체로 제 2 용량을 받는 단계;e) 고체 종양의 상기 부위에서 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 상기 제 2 단클론 항체의 NIR 형광 신호를 측정하고, b) 하에 측정한 신호와 비교하여 10% 이상 감소되는 단계;f) 환자가 단계 e)의 측정 결과를 기준으로 상기 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체로 제 2 용량을 받는 단계.
- 종양 항원을 과다발현하는 고체 종양의 치료를 위한, 상기 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체를 포함하는 약제로서, 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체가 상기 치료에 대한 반응을 측정하는데 사용되며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 항체가 교차 반응성을 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 종양 항원이 EGFR, HER2/neu, HER3, HER4, Ep-CAM, CEA, TRAIL, TRAIL-수용체 1, TRAIL-수용체 2, 림포톡신-베타 수용체, CCR4, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD28, CD33, CD40, CD80, CSF-1R, CTLA-4, 섬유모세포 활성 단백질 (FAP), 헵신, 흑색종-관련 콘드로이틴 설페이트 프로테오글리칸 (MCSP), 프로스테이트-특이적 막 항원 (PSMA), VEGF 수용체 1, VEGF 수용체 2, IGF1-R, TSLP-R, TIE-1, TIE-2, TNF-알파, 세포자멸사의 TNF성 약한 유도제 (TWEAK), IL-1R로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제.
- 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 비-표지된 제 1 단클론 항체의 용량, 및 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체의 용량을 받은, 상기 종양 항원을 과다발현하는 고체 종양을 겪는 비인간 동물의 NIR 형광 영상을 얻는 방법으로서, 고체 종양 부위에서의 NIR 형광 신호가 측정되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 항체는 교차 반응성을 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- NIR 형광 영상을 얻는 방법으로서, 종양 항원을 과다발현하는 고체 종양을 겪는 비인간 동물을 동일한 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 단클론 항체로 치료하는 동안 상기 고체 종양 부위에서 종양 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 NIR 형광 표지로 표지된 제 2 단클론 항체의 신호를 측정하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 항체가 교차 반응성을 나타내지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신호/배경 비율이 1.5 이상인 방법.
