- 평균 단섬유 섬도 0.07 dtex 이하의 극세섬유의 다발로 이루어진 엉킴부직포(X)와, 그 내부에 함침된 고분자 탄성체(A) 및 고분자 탄성체(B)로 이루어진 기체층, 및 상기 기체층의 한쪽 면에 형성된 피복층(Y)으로 이루어진 은 부조 인공 피혁으로서,상기 엉킴부직포(X)는 하층(XA) 및 상층(XB)으로 이루어지고, 상기 하층(XA)에는 고분자 탄성체(A)가 극세섬유 다발과는 접착하고 있지 않는 상태로 함침되어 있고, 또한 상기 상층(XB)에는 고분자 탄성체(B)가 극세섬유 다발과는 접착하고 있지 않는 상태로 함침되어 있으며;상기 피복층(Y)은 상기 상층(XB) 상에 형성된 두께 1~10 ㎛의 고분자 탄성체(B)로 이루어진 피복층(YB), 상기 피복층(YB) 상에 형성된 고분자 탄성체(C)로 이루어진 피복층(YC) 및 상기 피복층(YC) 상에 형성된 마감층(YE)으로 이루어지고;상기 고분자 탄성체(A), 고분자 탄성체(B) 및 고분자 탄성체(C)는 폴리우레탄이며;상기 고분자 탄성체(B)의 100% 모듈러스는 20~100 ㎏/㎠ 범위이고;상기 고분자 탄성체(A)의 100% 모듈러스는 상기 고분자 탄성체(B)의 100% 모듈러스보다 10~60 ㎏/㎠ 낮으며;상기 고분자 탄성체(B)의 100% 모듈러스는 상기 고분자 탄성체(C)의 100% 모듈러스보다 30~60 ㎏/㎠ 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 은 부조 인공 피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,피복층(YB) 및 피복층(YC)이 다공질 구조인 은 부조 인공 피혁.
- 제2항에 있어서,피복층(YB)과 피복층(YC)의 다공질 구조가 다른 은 부조 인공 피혁.
- 제1항에 있어서,하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 은 부조 인공 피혁:[수학식 1][b/(Xb + b)] / [a/(Xa + a)] ≥ 1.2상기에서, b는 상층(XB)에 함침된 고분자 탄성체(B)의 중량, Xb는 상층(XB)을 구성하는 엉킴부직포의 중량, a는 하층(XA)에 함침된 고분자 탄성체(A)의 중량, Xa는 하층(XA)을 구성하는 엉킴부직포의 중량이다.
