Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 직류 전원에서 다수의 부하에 전력을 공급하는 전력공급회로에서, 직류 전원과 부하 사이의 부하전류를 검출하기 위한 회로로서,
전력을 공급하는 전류 전원 측의 접지단자와 다수의 부하를 통과한 후에 접지되는 부하 측의 접지단자 사이의 전위차를 증폭하기 위한 연산증폭기와,
상기 연산증폭기 반전입력과 전원 측의 접지단자 사이를 연결하는 입력저항과,
연산증폭기의 비반전입력과 부하측의 접지단자 사이를 연결하는 도선과,
연산증폭기의 출력단자와 연산증폭기의 반전입력 사이를 연결하는 피드백저항을 포함하고,
전원측 접지단자와 부하측접지단자 사이의 미세 전압을 증폭한 연산증폭기의 출력전압의 크기를 부하전류로 환산하여 부하전류의 크기를 결정하는 것이 특징인 부하전류 검출회로. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
연산증폭기의 반전입력과 비반전입력 사이에 하나 이상의 온도보상다이오드를 연결하고,
전원측 접지단자와 연산증폭기의 비반전입력 사이에 상기 온도보상다이오드와 같은 규격과 같은 수의 다이오드를 반대 방향으로 연결하여 온도변화에 대한 오차를 감소시키는 것이 특징인 부하전류 검출회로.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 피드백저항 R923과 병렬로 캐패시터를 추가로 연결하는 것이 특징인 부하전류 검출회로.
- 제1단자와 제2단자 사이에 전류가 흐름으로 인하여 발생하는 미약한 전압을 증폭하여 그 단자 사이의 전류를 검출하기 위한 회로에 있어서,
반전입력과 비반전입력을 가진 연산증폭기와,
제1단자에 입력저항을 통하여 연산증폭기 반전입력에 연결하고,
제2단자를 연산증폭기 비반전입력에 연결하고,
연산증폭기의 출력단자와 반전입력에 피드백저항을 연결하고,
연산증폭기의 반전입력과 비반전입력 사이에 하나 이상의 온도보상다이오드를 연결하고,
제1단자와 제2단자 사이에 상기 온도보상다이오드와 같은 규격과 같은 수의 다이오드를 반대 방향으로 연결하여,
제1단자와 제2단자 사이의 미약한 전압을 증폭한 전압 즉 출력단자에 출력되는 전압의 크기를 부하전류로 환산하여, 제1단자로부터 제2단자로 흐르는 전류의 크기를 결정하는 것이 특징인 부하전류 검출회로.
