Claims (7)
- 고정자, 회전자 및 권선을 구비한 전기 기계에 포함된 속도 제어 회로에 의해 상기 전기 기계의 속도를 측정하는 방법에 있어서,일련의 시점 동안 상기 회전자의 속도(ω)를 샘플링하여 속도 측정값ω(k)을 결정하는 단계와,상기 회전자의 질량 관성모멘트의 관성모멘트 값을 결정하는 단계와,샘플링 시점 동안 상기 권선 내 전류에 대한 각각의 전류값(I(k))을 측정하여 전류 신호(I)를 결정하는 단계와,샘플링 이전에 할당된 속도 측정값(ωk(k-1)), 상기 전류 신호(I), 상기 관성모멘트 값을 이용하여 상기 속도 측정값(ω(k)) 각각에 대한 추정값(ωs(k))을 결정하는 단계와,상기 추정값(ωs(k))에 대해 상기 추정값(ωs(k))이 포함되는 허용오차 범위를 지정하는 단계와,상기 속도 측정값(ω(k))이 상기 허용오차 범위 밖에 놓이는 경우, 상기 속도 측정값(ω(k))을 상기 허용오차 범위 내에 존재하는 속도값(ωk(k))으로 대체하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 허용오차 범위가 경계값들에 의해 제한되고, 상기 허용오차 범위 밖에 놓이는 속도 측정값(ω(k))은 상기 속도 측정값에 가장 가까운 허용오차 범위의 경계값으로 수정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 기계 속도 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전자에 부하 모멘트를 가하고 상기 부하 모멘트에 대한 부하 모멘트 신호(ML)를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하며,추정값(ωs(k))을 결정하는 상기 단계는,이전 샘플링 시점에 할당된 속도 측정값(ωk(k-1)), 전류 신호(I), 부하 모멘트 신호(ML) 그리고 관성 모멘트값을 이용하여 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 기계 속도 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 권선에 인가된 전압을 검출하는 단계를 더 포함하고,검출된 상기 전압, 권선의 임피던스, 속도 측정값(ω(k)) 그리고 기계 상수로부터 상기 전류값(I(k))이 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 기계 속도 측정 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,허용오차 범위를 지정하는 상기 단계는,상기 속도 측정값(ωk(k-1))에 대한 함수로서, 상기 허용오차 범위의 폭 또는 레벨을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 기계 속도 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,허용오차 범위를 지정하는 상기 단계는,상기 전류 신호(I)에 대한 함수로서, 상기 허용오차 범위의 폭 또는 레벨을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 기계 속도 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,허용오차 범위를 지정하는 상기 단계는,전류 증가에 대응하여 상기 허용오차 범위를 증가시키거나 또는 전류 감소에 대응하여 상기 허용오차 범위를 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 기계 속도 측정 방법.
