Claims (15)
- 하기 화학식 1의 평균 조성식으로 표시되고, 하기 화학식 2 및 하기 화학식 3의 실록산 단위를 포함하며, 전체 규소 원자에 대한 규소 원자에 결합하고 있는 아릴기의 몰비가 0.7 내지 1.3인 실리콘 수지:

상기 화학식 1 내지 3에서, R은 규소 원자에 직접 결합하고 있는 치환기로서, 각각 독립적으로, 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알콕시기, 히드록시기, 에폭시기, (메타)아크릴로일기, 이소시아네이트기, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 탄소수 2 내지 12의 알케닐기, 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 19의 아릴알킬기를 나타내고, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴기를 나타내되, R1 및 R2 중 적어도 하나는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴기를 나타내고, R3는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴기를 나타내며, a는 0 ≤ a ≤ 0.5이고, b는 0 < b ≤ 0.8이며, c는 0 < c ≤ 0.8이고, d는 0 ≤ d ≤ 0.2이며, a+b+c+d는 1이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 1에서 R의 적어도 하나는 에폭시기인 실리콘 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아릴기가 페닐기인 실리콘 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 규소 원자에 결합하고 있는 아릴기는 모두 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3의 실록산 단위에 포함되는 실리콘 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 실록산 단위가 하기 화학식 4의 실록산 단위 및 하기 화학식 5의 실록산 단위로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 실리콘 수지:

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전체 2관능성 실록산 단위에 대한, 화학식 2로 표시되는 2관능성 실록산 단위의 비율이 35 몰% 이상인 실리콘 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 3의 실록산 단위가 하기 화학식 6으로 표시되는 실록산 단위인 실리콘 수지:
