Claims (12)
- 폴리에스테르계 복합섬유에 있어서,폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PTT) 및 개질 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)를 포함하며, 상기 개질 PET는 전체 개질 PET 100 중량부에 대하여 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG) 1 내지 10 중량부가 더 포함된 복합섬유로서,(1) 파단 신도가 25% 내지 40%이고,(2) 건열 수축 응력의 최대 응력치가 0.3 내지 0.5 G/D이고,(3) 건열 수축 최대 응력 발현시 온도가 150 내지 200℃이고,(4) LEESONA 측정시 50cm를 초기길이로 하여 측정 후 수축된 길이가 23 내지 30cm이며, 그리고,(5) 탄성 회복율이 25 내지 45%인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개질 PET는 전체 개질 PET 100중량부에 대하여 DMS(디메틸-5-술포이소프탈레이트 소디움 염) 1 내지 10 중량부가 더 포함된 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 복합섬유는 사이드-바이-사이드형인 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스 테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 폴리머 PTT의 고유점도(Ⅳ)가 0.90 내지 1.10dl/g이고, 개질 PET의 고유점도(Ⅳ)가 0.50 내지 0.70dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,복합섬유의 부피비율은 PTT 및 개질 PET가 45:55 내지 50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 폴리에스테르계 복합섬유의 제조방법에 있어서,개질 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET) 100 중량부에 대하여 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)을 1 내지 10 중량부를 첨가하여 개질 PET를 제조하는 단계;폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PTT) 및 상기 개질 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)를 용융시키는 단계;상기 용융물을 토출공을 통해 방사속도 2000 내지 3000m/min으로 방사시켜 복합섬유로 수득하는 단계; 및상기 수득된 복합섬유를 연신 및 가연시 150 내지 200℃의 연신온도로 하되 TCS장치를 이용하여 제조하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제 조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 개질 PET는 전체 개질 PET 100중량부에 대하여 DMS(디메틸-5-술포이소프탈레이트 소디움 염) 1 내지 10 중량부를 더 첨가하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 복합섬유는 사이드-바이-사이드형으로 복합방사하여 제조하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 폴리머 PTT의 고유점도(Ⅳ)가 0.90 내지 1.10dl/g이고, 개질 PET의 고유점도(Ⅳ)가 0.50 내지 0.70dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,복합섬유의 부피비율은 PTT 및 개질 PET가 45:55 내지 50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 연신공정시에 연신비가 1.5 내지 2.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개선된 고신축 폴리에스테르 복합섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 섬유 또는 제6항 또는 제7항에 의해 제조된 섬유를 연사 혹은 무연으로 사용하고 경사 또는 위사로 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단.
