Description
Claims (13)
- (a) 하나 이상의 반응기 중에서 전이금속 촉매를 포함하는 촉매조성물 존재 하에서 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C3-C18의 α-올레핀 공단량체를 중합시킨 제1공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 제조된 제1공중합체를 상기 (a)단계에서 사용한 동일한 촉매조성물 존재 하에 상기 (a)단계의 반응온도보다 높은 온도에서 상기 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C3-C18의 α-올레핀을 함유하는 하나 이상의 다른 반응기 중으로 통과시킴으로써 에틸렌 및C3-C18의 α-올레핀 공중합체 조성물을 포함하는 고온의 중합체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되며, 수학식 1 및 수학식 2에서의 비켓(Vicat) 연화점과의 관계를 만족하는 낙구충격강도(F) 값을 갖는 에틸렌과 (C3~C18)의 α-올레핀 공단량체가 중합된 에틸렌 공중합체.[수학식 1][수학식 2]상기 V는 ASTM D 1525에 의해 측정된 비켓(Vicat) 연화점이고; F는 낙구충격강도이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (C3~C18)의 α-올레핀 공단량체는 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 1-데센, 1-도데센 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 α-올레핀 공단량체의 함량은 1 내지 40중량%로 포함되는 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 α-올레핀 공단량체의 함량은 1 내지 30중량%로 포함되는 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 공중합체는 휘발분 측정에 따른 추출물 함량이 0.1 내지 3.0 중량 %인 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 공중합체는 헤이즈 (Haze)가 2 내지 16인 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 공중합체의 밀도가 0.910 내지 0.940 g/㎤ 인 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 공중합체의 밀도가 0.900 내지 0.910 g/㎤ 인 초저밀도 에틸렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 에틸렌 공중합체를 이용하여 제조된 단층 또는 다층 필름, 사출제품, 컴파운드 제품, 쉬트제품 또는 중공성형제품.
- 제10항 또는 제11항의 에틸렌 공중합체를 이용하여 제조된 단층 또는 다층 필름, 사출제품, 컴파운드 제품, 쉬트제품 또는 중공성형제품.
